Another data point:

Last Sunday in a market that was seriosly oversold, a PHL flight had one DB. One of the two agents spent the entire time trying to rebook this person leaving one agent to fend for the number of Revenue Standbys that didn't have seats. I watched the whole thing from the gate line for 40 minutes and no one moved, making for several more DBs.

Embarassing.

Now...I don't work for any airline....but if I did, and I was working several cancelled flights, I would probably have to call the help desk at least 5 times to get etkts adjusted....and everytime I would have called, I would have complained to them about taking away the invol reissue and making us use something that doesn't work.....But I don't work for US Airways, so none of this actually happened.

i still dont know how to reissue a voluntary tkt change...anyone?? This is ridiculous....seems they are soo busy creating a program to send a report to the mgrs on what was waived....,instead of making the checkin process as smooth as possible...checkin times have increased double if not triple!!! Station runs outta change faster than bees sip honey...

They took away the print to paper function!! So when in doubt print it out? NO MORE!!
GET THOSE FIM WRITIN FINGERS READY BWORDS!!! LGA to CLT wont adjust to LGA to RDU? no problem, FIM it. The agents wont laugh at you, they probably just sent you about four.

THIS IS LIKE CUTOVER ALL OVER AGAIN EXCEPT WORSE!!!! I'm two seconds away from handing in my Wendy's hat and I'm really serious. I almost walked yesterday. I cannot tolerate this crap, if there are french fries in front of me and the passenger customer wants them, and they are available and normally Id say here are your fries sir, but there is some invisible force field between me and the fries and i cant give them to the customer , and then suddenly they disappear and in their place there are big words floating in the air that say "HA HA". And the customer is like WFT?@#?@ and im like wait, ill answer that after i poke my eyes out with this pen. I hate Wendy's.

You know what...I've had it with Wendys and no Biggie Size Fries...I tried the F2 today and lo n behold it's a (Edited by Moderator)...I'm just pissy because I was on a Tri-Rail South Florida Train accident today and my head's ringing and stuff...neck hurts...Held hostage for 3 hours while Police, CSI, NTSB investigated and stuff...1.5 hours after we stopped someone finally asks us all if we're okay...I'mma sue someone.

Missing my PHX flt then LAS...forget it I'm not going anywhere this weekend after fighting SHARES to reissue my E-TKT at the Gate.

Its still there, you just have to look for it. I didnt write it down, but its something like
Ctrl F8, F7, F9, F1...... irregular ops keypad, tkt exch, second keypad, and I know the F1 is right. We used it tonight!!!
Also, havent been having problems since the first day on irregular reissues. It just takes a minute to remember that its on the Ctrl F8 keypad now.

But, why is the escort pass now option 7? I just had it memorized and now its changed. I also didnt see that one coming in any memos..... :blink:

I had to wait on hold for over 25 mins to get a ticket reissued yesterday! There has to be a better way to do things....

just remember how we used to #### about the TIPS screen? I think this system makes the TIPS time outs seem to be the least of the problems back in the day!
