What about the wives and children of the employees who have given and given to try to make the company a success? Would you rather have $4.5M and be insulted, or scrape by on minimum wage (or worse, be furloughed)? It's funny how people who command a high wage, including actors, athletes CEOs, and politicians, expect to also be automatically respected. One of the "privileges" of the
"great, unwashed masses" is the perogative to poke fun at those in the "upper class" who they do not respect, including family members, who are benefitting from the position of their relative. Just look at the tabloids in Great Britain.
