After reading the BS in the I Make US Fly about inside customer service, I had to post this. I recently changed banks and have been trying to get my direct deposit changed for two months. Calls and messages left at payroll in CCY have gone unreturned. Can anyone help me find an ear that can actually do something about this? I don't know what pisses me off more--the fact that it has been two months an still no direct deposit or the fact that no one will call me back.
