Someone had posted that PSA was to take delivery of its first CRJ-701 this past Monday. Did that occur? Has anyone from PSA seen one in Dayton?

Can't touch it until Mainline agrees to 50/50 for it. Then payrates still have to be negotiated. I know ones been finished for quite some time now, just sitting in Montreal. Up to this date there may be one or two more ready behind the first.

Does anyone know the status of the talks between mainline ALPA and PSA ALPA concerning 70 seat staffing? I heard they nearly agreed to 50/50 earlier this week, but the mainline MEC hasn't voted the plan through yet.

Don't worry. They were probably just going out to a nice dinner and checking into an expensive hotel on the membership's dime.

They'll get down to the business of screwing the furloughed guys ASAP and then you'll have all of the 70+ seat jets you want.

Don't be surprised if you end up with EMB170s or even A320s before all is said and done. Everything is on the table!

The May schedule shows CRJ-700's from CLT to BHM, DAY, RDU, SRQ and IAD. I take it these are PSA flights. I guess SRQ is joining the ranks of an express station as well.

Yes, SRQ is being expressed. Dont be surprised though next winter to see a couple of 737s into there instead of the RJS.
