They should get the jobs for 30 of the jets, no matter what size they are. If the rest are 70 seaters, it should be 100% J4J pilots flying those jets.
Nothing like the Mainline Caste System! I pretty sure you get 100% MAA. Any other Airlines you feel you should staff at 100% Boomer?
Why? Because U management got the money for those jets by taking the U pilots retirement money!
