Crew Rests

Where is the crew rest located on 767's? For both Pilots and Flight Attendants?
If you had a legitimate reason to have this information, you would not need to ask on a public bulletin board.

Are you writing a do it yourself book for would be airplane hijackers?

actually I take it back

That's not secret information you can find all kinds of information about overhead crewrests on 777's and 747's and lower lobe crew rests on Airbus aircraft.

It's not secret information I just haven't found anything about the 767 and was curious, so you need to relax.

It really is none of YOUR business where f/a's have their crew rest. Are you trying to pick one up??? LOL

When we are on crew break we are entitled to our peace and privacy. So, we don't want you to know where we are resting. OK??

Ok, I'll tell you. We sleep inside empty food carts that are located in the mid galley. The other flight attendants wheel us up and down the aisle, serving coffee from the top, just to keep everyone confused about our whereabouts.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I'm a furloughed flight attendant. I was really in need of a good laugh tonight. I got this mental image of getting a couple of f/a's I know into a serving cart. Let's just say they are both grateful for the end of weight checks for flight attendants.

Now I know the real reason for that coffee, water and juice service that we used to do.

We disguise ourselves as passengers. We change our clothes and sit in a normal seat and take our siesta. This is so we blend in and the real passengers don't bug us while we're taking our rest. :D

Jesus,

Conversation I'd expect to see on here or even onboard the aircraft if you get a flight attendant ignorant enough:
PAX: "What type of coffee do you serve onboard this flight?"
FA: "WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW!?!?!? ARE YOU GOING TO THROW IT IN OUR FACE AND TRY AND HIJACK THE AIRCRAFT?!?!?!?!? ARE YOU A TERRORIST?!?!?!?"

PAX: “Excuse me, what type of aircraft are we on today?â€￾
FA: “WHY?!?!?! ARE YOU TRAINING TO FLY ONE OF THESE AIRPLANES??!?! ARE YOU A TERRORIST?!?!?!!

Guys, get a FU(K|NG GRIP!

I am all about airline security - but I am so tired of dumb flight attendants getting bent out of shape over things that have absolutely no pertinence to airline security.

To the original poster: If you look in any old UAL/AA timetable, you will see certain seats on the seat map blocked off, shaded in, for crew rest seats. This is no secret information, its a damn seat with a big ol' curtain around it!!!!!

A month of reading flight attendants ignornt posts on here, maybee. Or also it could be that I don't check this message board every waking moment of my existance. Hmmmmm to have a life.

Oh, I missed the "a" key... I am so sorry. My college education wasted, damn! I should really be more careful when posting on flight attendant message boards, because we all know missing the "a" key is complete ignorance. Oh, I'm sure you have never missed a letter in a word, so you have every right to critique someone else in that regard. My bad.

Maybe if a bunch of your friends and colleagues were murdered with box cutters you would have a different perspective. But then again, from the sound of it, probably not. What do we know, we are just "dumb flight attendants"?
