My wife and I have a couple of notebooks full of dealings with CareMark. They are the worst company to deal with. They have screwed up more of our stuff and the people we've dealt with on the phone are very incompetent. Numerous times they've screwed up our orders. One of the last times they sent my wifes migrane medicine it was wrong so when she returned the wrong medicine they took another one of her refills to send the correct medicine. Took months to straighten out. We're finding much of our medicine is cheaper at other local pharmacies without even using our insurance. Like I said we've got tons of notes on dealings with them. My wife keeps good notes on each episode and everyone she talks to. The attitude we get from them is yeah we suck and we don't care because your company signed with us and you have no choice but to use us. Hopefully the person who said starting in 1/09 we can go to CVS for 3 month supplies instead of mail order is talking about all employees. I'm fleet service and this would hopefully remedy a lot of the problems as we can walk to our CVS and they've been good.
