Blasts rock Brussels airport/subway station

Ya gotta love these "patriots." A school gets shot up, well that's just the price of freedom.

Some a-holes set off a bomb in an airport, and suddenly all bets are off...

Two things you know nothing about and yet feel compelled to comment on.

Islamic Extremism and Firearms.

So lets see your credentials that makes you an expert.

Here’s What a Man Who Studied Every Suicide Attack in the World Says About ISIS’ Motives More than anything, the terrorist group’s outward expressions of religious fervor serve its secular objectives of controlling resources and territory

The article is an opinion piece to consider in a very progressive/social publication.

Where the author lost me was when he stated something along the lines of:  ISIS is weak now thank's to Obama's policy, and has to resort to attacking the EU (or any other countires abroad).

He draws the inccorect conclusion, IMHO,  that the decrease of ISIS terror attacks in Iraq/Syria and the increase in terror attacks abroad is a sign of weakness.

I would argue that perhaps there is no more need for terror attacks in Iraq/Syria as they have achieved their goals (even though the ISIS controlled territory shrunk by 10%).  Carrying out terror attacks outside of the territory that they control is to me a sign of increased sophistication and capability.  I mean, what is more difficult, blowing yourself up at home to scare a few locals or expanding your network (financing, recruiting, training, logistics, planning, etc.) abroad?

Don't hold your breath.

Like I said; buncha people in a Luby's get mowed down, and all the patriots can jabber about is the "price of freedom."

Some clowns walk through the front door of an airport, and suddenly we're talkin' internment camps, deportation, and Trump style safe spaces.

Yes because the liberal policy of appeasement seems to be working out so well.

The civil society is under attack and all you Neville Chamberlain's think more appeasement is the answer.

You are correct, and generations of liberal Muslim appeasement only made things worse.

Hope you're happy with yourself.
