FU it doesn't begin to cover the money lost because you scabs have no honor or integrity.

Here is how you handle a flame baiter like res and nic4us. They will not answer the following;

Res and nic4us why do you consider East Pilots scabs?

Why do you think East pilots have no honor or integrity?

Res and nicnotforu are you enjoying the seven years of furloughed and stagnated times of your pilot career due to USAPA?

Be specific.
 
I had a long answere for you, explaining the ramifications of a union intentionally lying to it's membership for the purpose advancing certain scabs within the union at a minority expense, all the while failing to bring any contract to fruition, and intentionally denying the membership of a binding arbitration result from within the membership.

Instead I will sum in a manner you might grasp.

USAPA=SCAB


Have a nice night scabs...if there is a merger, we are heading for a MB integration with the AMR pilots, in which, the only system seniority list at LCC will be used. Further, the SCAB union will be under injunction to use the Nic, and the West will have a seat at the table.
First of all, and this has bugged me for years.....learn how to spell. Answer does not have an "e" on the end of it. Secondly, you are the only "Dorothy clicking her heels" on this forum that claims that the NIC is the only accepted list at USAir. Something that you fabricated and keep promoting while everyone else, including West pilots, knows is bogus. Give it a break! breeze

Judge Silver ruled on this quite a while ago. The recent mediation attempt was not productive.

Pursuant to the Court’s resolution of the motions for summary judgment,
IT IS ORDERED Counts I and III of the complaint are dismissed and judgment is
entered in favor of US Airline Pilots Association on Count II of the complaint. US Airline
Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation
provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose. This judgment is binding on the
following class: “All pilots employed by US Airways in September 2008 who were on the
America West seniority list on September 20, 2005.”

DATED this 4th day of December, 2012."

In the absence of proof of your accusation, I'll stick with the plausible, reasonable, and equitable notion that advocating equal profit sharing to all represented pilots would be in accordance with a Duty to Fairly Represent them all.

Funny, yes indeed. Ha, ha. :lol:

Come on N924PS. You are uninformed, and obviously still smarting about a stupid call sign. Get a life. Who cares about a call sign. The profit sharing was agreed to by the East MEC reps long BEFORE the NIC even came out. It was the unanimous decision at the time, and correct in retrospect even now. Funny also how "out of touch" low info pilots show up here with bad info and stupid premises. RR
