10h had nothing to do with "wiping the slate clean"... That occurs earlier where the word "nullity" appears. By the time you get all the way down to 10h, the slate is already clean and needs to be written upon.

If the West's attorney knew that Dean forgot then why didn't they sound the alert? If Dean forgot why didn't the West negotiating committee members sound the alert? Either that wasn't the intent or the West reps are complicit... Even so the word "nullity" was a Claxon all by itself, and anyone that can't figure that out shouldn't be flying planes.
