BS sir! Are you trying to tell us all that he had no sick time?...No available opportunity for disability, as is the case for any line pilot?
Spare us all such wanton BS.
I have no idea of his sick bank. It’s his own business, and not germane to the discussion. As long as he is actively the President of USAPA he is contractually paid a salary at least 85 hours based on what position "he can hold." He is CONTRACTUALLY the only pilot on our property paid that way. The union could bypass LOA 95 with the UOM for ALL OTHERS and demand they only accept 85 hours and all your "honor" stipulations, but not with the President, any president...Bradford , Cleary, or (thank God not) McKee. How does he access his sick bank? Guess what, it’s through the company, and they have (as of yet that I know) not allowed him to do so. Maybe McKee can find Cleary and our Trademark, and visit Parker and beg him to let Gary use his sick bank, contrary to the contract (remember, our ALPA contract survives bargaining agents.) Is that enough "BS" for you, or do you have some smiley faces for me tonight RR
