You failed to mention your mother died as a result of her fall. If you had I would have offered my sympathies rather than a tie in to how corrupt organizations conveniently lose items they prefer not to be found.

It's a good thing corrupt organizations have people who talk.
If you really don't, or haven't worked for US then you have a problem.
Only death keeps you from being a tool? At least you apologized, even if qualified and blamed Bob for not fully disclosing.....
East pilots have "ben there, done that". The delays would have saved your bottom of the barrel hires, money and false hope. The 9th will issure a declaratory finding soon.

Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation
provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose. This judgment is binding on the
following class: “All pilots employed by US Airways in September 2008 who were on the
America West seniority list on September 20, 2005.”
DATED this 4th day of December, 2012."

I thought the point of Bob's post was to describe how HIPPA was just another mistake thrust upon us by our federal government and also how important information is conveniently misplaced when an organization believes it can get away with covering up the truth. Based on that I made my comment.
If he had made it clear that the point of his post was to inform us of his mother's suffering and death, then my post was out of line. My apology stands.

Why's that? Seems to me your fake union is the one with all the problems...they damn well know it too. That explains all their eagerness to see the inside of a courtroom.
