You Westicles just want to believe whatever any tells you except for what Parker and the 10-K's say. Parker already said it: LEGALLY US Airways GROUP acquired AWA and AWA was merged with US Airways. BUT.......BUT.........for ACCOUNTING PURPOSES, under FASB the books were structured to show a REVERSE ACQUISITION. Do you KNOW WHAT A REVERSE ACQUISITION IS? IS PARKER RIGHT OR ARE YOU?I realize the reasons you want to lie and deny the acquisition but it won't change the facts.
