Let me refresh your obviously faulty memory here. Do you at all remember that just post-nic-announcement time, when I first came to this board, with the following observation: "Ummm...Guys and Gals...this nic thing isn't really going to work"?, only to be met with incredibly infantile nonsense the likes of (and I quote) "Booyooshaka!"...."Final and Binding!"...."It's OVER!..Get used to it!"? Later followed of course, by the now insanely funny "You won't even get 200 cards!"..."Send the cards...I DARE you!"?

No matter at this point, I suppose. Go "Spartans"! :)

Since I wasn't on the board at that time I'm not sure how I would remember something I never read in the first place.

As for Wye, I think the parties could have legally modified the award by mutual consent. Since I wasn't there or here at the time of Wye, can you tell me what the east was offering to the west in order to modify the award?

Indeed Callaway. Should we ever lose the ability to laugh at ourselves...THAT would be tragic. The rest of this nonsense will pass in time. :)

I wouldn't ever so demean myself, "seasoned aviator". I was more thinking of aircraft just a "bit" more capable than your mighty Beechcraft, at merely a tourist-level "Air Combat" type of venue, and the wager stipulation was cash, in case you chose to willfully overlook that, not "pink slips" for some family-station-wagon-pathetic turkey. :) So...Are we on for such, or not? ;) PM if interested.

PS: Your point's taken though. it's almost impossible to even imagine a more demanding or ferocious beast than THIS!:
