If having the ability of independent thought and the will to act upon it is a scab, then I wear that badge with honor. For to follow the directves of a union which you do not agree with is pure stupidity. It takes far more honor and courage to follow ones ideals than to follow the crowd.

I know you haven't missed most of the threads of the last two weeks. Filled with independent thought, independent action and free will and desire to express and act on it.

You describe a military not a union. They are completely is free of independent thought. Free of independent action and beliefs.

Unions are made up of some of the most courageous people who over time have enacted the biggest reforms and changes in this country. I will skip the extended list of gains made by the pioneers, which entails such things as, vacation, sick time, pensions, 40 hour work week, overtime, child labor laws. To compare union member to a bunch of lemmings is a farce at best.
