There's the truth of it. Based on the answers we have gotten so far, I'd say the only REAL merit for Harper, Jacobs, AwFOL, and the three PHX BPR reps is to argue here on the forums to try and persuade US rather than Judge Silver. She already made her decision, she will not rescind it. Of course, the AwFOL "scorched earth" policy is alive and well. Right Res? You too, Snap, CD? Based on the answers we have gotten so far, I'd say the only REAL merit for Harper, Jacobs, AwFOL, and the three PHX BPR reps is to argue here on the forums to try and persuade US rather than Judge Silver.
