Yes it does, but it doesnt make it right. After leaving the Company after 32 years, I've seen it all. And now working in the Casino industry for 5 years, it happens there too. BUT, a Good Manager or Supervisor that supports his/hers employees is most important. No one has a right to treat you like crap! I just finished my required Value of Respect Training at work and I know of places where these undesirable activities take place.
