I'll tell you what it says about us guys, WeAAs. WE ARE SICK AND TIRED OF THE TWU! All this bravado means nothing! The ship has sailed.
I have said it before and you should understand this WeAAs being from NY originally yourself.
We AAers who live and work in NY are not impressed by him. I work with NOONE who thinks he will change the outcome of anything.
If we were ever to arrive at the point of self help under the RLA, WE ARE FREE TO WALK....THEY ARE FREE TO REPLACE.
And I have said it before. The reason the TWU is putting up the biggest fight of their existence at AA is because THIS TIME the outsourcing affects EVERY union member and not just aircraft mx. It;s all about the union dues, baby. Let's be honest here.

I'm grateful this is my last contract. I do not expect to vote on a new one by retirement day.

And this guy John Samuelsen is trying harder to fight for us than ANY International President I’ve ever seen in my career. Hell before Jim Little I never even knew any of those past Presidents names.

And Metal I’m glad I’m no longer in NYC cause I don’t remember the NYC I left being loaded up with so many cynics who gave up.

I’ve posted “The Chief” article here before where Samuelsen was bashing Little for making the deal. Why the hell do you think there was a successful overthrow of Little and his chosen successor Joe Gordon?

Anyway back on point. Again genius tell me how Samuelsen could have gotten us out of the Association in any way without being sued to death by the IAM?

WeAAs, NO work group has taken it in shorts MORE than those in aircraft maintenance. When you speak of thousands and thousands of mechanics who once filled OH hangars until the early 80's and now we see the outsourcing percentage of OH work through the roof? What do you call that?
My point is aircraft mechanics and aircraft maintenance were the highest cost items that were attacked first.And guess what? THEY'RE NOT DONE WITH US!

Let's talk C/S...How many C/S employees were absorbed into fleet? JFK had several bus drivers.. They went to fleet.
No the assault in on EVERYONE...
Just admit the TWU looks at this as their very survival with respect to union dues.
And do me a favor..Don't tell me or anyone at JFK to STFU.

No station has brought an airline to its knees like JFK...Remember what happened some years ago?

This isn’t a contest over who got kicked in the balls harder. But you take that list I made for Fleet and that also would be thousands of lost jobs. Our Hubs are all littered with Commuters from all over the USA.

Survival? Dude get over yourselves. The TWU (Organization) represents way over 100,000 people. Where do you get that they are in any danger of survival? Do you read the LM2’s?

Trying to survive was under the Little administration. That’s not the case today.

You were telling me how you didn’t give a chit about the LAA people who had joined your CWA Union and how you never wanted them in the first place and that 70% majority then voted in an agreement that you felt screwed you in that minority 30% group.

Can we get back to that conversation now.

Is it true the CWA are now representing those rebranded Envoy upstairs workers here in MIA who are only making $9.50 per hour?

Do you know when they worked for Eulen they were making around $14.00 per hour.

Samuelsen, (i see you learned how to spell,) never called for a permanent ban of the MAX. He WAS and DOES look out for ALL TWU Members regardless of where they are employed. Just like your loser toothless "fighting" union cared only about its Boeing workers...who by the way, were never under scrutiny for the work they perform. Go back in to your little, insolent cave in LaGuardia....unlees you are just the Tim Nelson BOT we suspect. And if it is you PINKY...loving the bashing of you on the 513 group facebook page. More and more have figured you out...a non-member with zero support.

The conversation about you weasle being confused

I’m confused that you didn’t want the LAA people being integrated into your Union and being able to outvote your minority?

I’m also confused how the CWA took over representation of the new Envoy wheelchair and escort bag workers here in MIA and that they are now earning far less than they were when they were not represented and with Eulen?

Maybe you’d like to start a new thread where we can discuss my confusions?
