We do have when and where so directed language but Not to the extent that the company wants to add.
Until we see a contract to vote on, we have NO IDEA what language the company is proposing. I don't put much credence in what the union or company is saying about pretty much anything. As far as I'm concerned, until I read an actual contract proposal, both sides are spewing fake news.

The Company has the ability through Jetnet/Workbrain to refute ANY false information the Association or anyone else for that matter puts out there and the Company has already shown they are more than willing to do so whenever they want.

Since it’s the Company who ultimately gives us work and provides us an income it would be the Company that should want to clarify their position once more.

Oh and Robert Isom has said in Roadshows that he wants to shrink work hasn’t he? Do you watch and pay attention to those Roadshow videos?

The latest rumor on the IAM side is the company want to out source all GSE, caterers and the people who service the water on the aircraft. I’m curious how union members would not care if they did?
In DCA lav n water been outsourced forr quite sometime now

maybe he can do that and you can finally drop that complete offer you’ve been telling us about?
Ready,Set,Go!

Oh I forgot Members wanna know
Prior to any new documentation, members should be educated that the iam already subjected your health care to arbitration.
In the letters I posted, and I assume you read, our insurances were already agreed to be modified in 2018, due to the 40% obamacare tax. The company thought it was in good shape to finally scrap our insurance.
But a funny thing happened, Trump scrapped the mandate, then pushed the cadillac tax to 2022.
So, no matter what we discuss, in 2022 the company will want to scrap the 80%, 90%, and 100% for something less.
The union will say "no way". The problem is that your boy Mr Baskett already agreed to subject your health care to an arbitrator. I know he says the iam will never do that but he already has. Read the letter of agreement they cut. After 30 days, if the union and company cant agree (they wont) it automatically goes to an arbitrator.
Thus, our health care was already conceeded to in 2016.
Members wanna know.

IAM agrees to a Letter of Agreement to subject LUS IAM Health Insurance to Arbitration in 2022, if the IAM and company can't come up with alternative 80%, 90%, 100% plans by January 1, 2022.
Thus, the IAM has already conceeded LUS IAM health care with it's "Cinderella Midnight Clause" And, although it has said it will never subject the health care to arbitration, it already has. The letter of agreement is legally binding.

Thus, Weez and Mr Baskett were lying when they said that their handlers would never agree to subject our insurance to arbitration.

Lets see this is 2019, no agreement on Health Ins. by 2022, that would be, lets see 3 years from now. Wow. Hey weez that puts you guys in the exact same time frame as us. 6 PLUS years.
P. Rez, wouldn't it be better to have in the contract rather than a LOA??
