Remember, the union is stealing $20,000 a year from TWU employees for future headcount. And stealing between $7,000-$13,000 from LUS employees to stall for future headcount. Remember, the company offer is a sliding scale which guarantees all current employees, no matter which station, NO DISPLACEMENT. But it eventually wants to phase out certain departments through attrition.
 
All these things have been presented by the company after your handlers were lying. The company did a video explaining everything. The overtime bypass was already agreed to as our AGC told all of us in the breakroom along with shift differ, paid terminations. But you can watch the company video on the offer they presented. Just because Sito and your handlers refused to show you an offer but instead build a narrative that everyone is going to lose their job so they can stall talks for future headcount doesn't mean the offer wasn't presented.
Curious why when your AGC tells all in the breakroom why THAT isn't considered secondhand news. Is it because NOW it goes along with your narrative? Is YOUR AGC even"down the hall" from negotiations?
 
You are so wrong! That alleged POS public offering amounts to about $3/hr pay CUT to me for to the rise in medical insurance costs. The added benefits of the new TA won't come close to making up the difference!

There are a lot of misleading numbers floating around out there as to how much extra the Company is truly offering.

First they stated 3% above Delta. Well even if Delta were exactly where we are right now, a 3% increase would only amount to a .93 cent raise DOS. The Company also never stated what our raises would be in outlier years?

Other items such as Holidays and OT only take effect if you actually work all the Holidays and not everyone works OT so that can’t be factored in for any targeted cost outs.

I think they also may have offered one more week of vacation but that I believe was only applied to the 30th year which is laughable actually if true. The Company plans to offer a buyout to shake out as many of the 30 years plus guys as they can so the percentage of 30 plus year guys who will gain the extra vacation will not be substantial.

The Company did offer gains to the individual absolutely but they do offset those gains through attrition. First through buyouts and then through not having to hire and replace if they contract out work such as Catering, Deicing and Lavs (Rumor is they also want when and where attached to transfer drivers too?)

The retirement exchange was covered on here a while back quite well by P. Rez where he spoke that not all would gain proportionally depending on what level of the payscale they’re on and how much they contribute to their 401K to get the max return. Reality being only a handful will likely put in the entire 9% to have the full advantage.

Oh and the job protection to this day has never been clarified? I highly doubt that the Company is offering “STATUS PROTECTION” which is just as important to some degree as job protection if you want to continue to be able to pay your bills and support your family.

Now of course Bin Stretcher you’re going to have those that will push us to jump in and swim in the Company pool. Maybe those people can handle those waters? But I don’t think the waters are too clear and the pool is not very clean and chlorine hasn’t been added in awhile. Don’t know what kind of Bacteria could be growing in there?

If I was on the game show Deal or no Deal I think I’d have to tell Howie and the Banker, NO DEAL!!!
 
Lori puts the Association and it's "Executive Committee" negotiators to shame.
While the two, three Ass negotiators hide behind a little piece of paper with a so called update, Lori puts her face out there and refers to Parker and management by name in informing her members of the situation. Did the F/A's limit themselves to a couple of folks in the negotiating room? I highly doubt it...

Good one W. On another note, congrats on having 700/GV graduate (with flying colors it looks like) from your school of idiotic, immature, clutter causing "School of meme/cartoon/Youtube" postings. You should be commended.
One word of caution, your brother from another mother or your twin clown from the same ringmaster may just attempt to catch you and your 19000 plus posts if you're not careful. Your leader (under this alias) has damn near 300 post in just two months...caution is advised.

You’re going to criticize the “Ass” no matter what’s posted anyway plus I know how much my You Tubes annoy you so.

A long time ago we might have had a civil discussion about Sister Bassani’s video but we’re probabaly long past that point today.

On another note though to the readers the APFA hasn’t even had their Section 6 official opening positions or sit down meeting with the Company Negotiators yet.

And I do wish a TWU or even Association Rep would do video updates like President Peterson used to.

Perhaps now that the Association is in Mediators sessions they don’t feel comfortable poking the nest?
 
We have a membership that could care less, regardless of the leadership. I want mine and screw you mentality. It has taken many years to get like this but I blame the TWU for this.
No one trusts the TWU or this ASSociation.
Lets see if the apfa sticks together..
