His Isom conspiracy was the main reason why the company went into section 6 and surprised the ass. Simply put, they realized they couldnt negotiate with screwballs who come out of negotiations and claim that Isom is stirring this company on a collision course. Fly told me that gary is bi polar. Good Gary/Bad Gary. And therefore mediation was a form of therapy for Gary to stay focused.
Look, if mediation is therapeutic enuf for Gary to keep his Tin Foil hat off then maybe things can be settled.
