It's gonna be gross. I'm not even sure how this is going to work, tbh. The "polar vortex" a few years ago was bad enough; this is another 15-20 degrees on top of that.

I do not know where you work nor your profession so I cannot direct anything at you but the TWU
and the game they play is the bullchit, but it is more the memberships fault for allowing it.

However, the very nature of union representation, and free market capitalism perpetuates the discord. The companies lobby to prove unions are bad...
unions lobby to claim companies are bad. Everyone takes a stance, and not everyone is happy with the status quo. It's been that way since the dawn of labor.
The old adage that "you can make some people happy some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time" is the prevailing observation.

It will be that way long after we are gone, and aircraft fly without pilots!
