thats your opinion but as long as there remains a flow of comments, its lively enuf for me. We put a poll up 2 days ago asking if one wants to vote on whatever is on the table now, or if one wants to hold out and hope for more. Within 3 hours there were 250 votes. 70% wanted to vote now then assess where everything ends up.

How about it was intercepted by the Association and destroyed cause it wasnt in the unions best interest.Or better yet it was totally misplayed by the association and now we are bog down in talks for what could be years

the offer isnt getting any improvement. You and baskett say that you already received a scope offer. So why are you asking me?

You and drunken mark even have said that offer has "when and where" directed for everything.

Surely there is something from the company in writing since it has been stated as fact here on more than one occasion.

The only thing I knew was where it was already written in the IAM Contract. I don’t think they asked for more than what’s already there besides the Catering (large job cuts) and Deicing in the stated Stations?

I saw “When and where so directed” attached to Lavs in their Contract.

They haven’t gone after the Freight we currently perform from anything I heard?

there is. but the offer that baskett may have saw only had where and where directed for "other work" not current work.
Since sept 12, yes some work has been removed.
