The union tossed in our jcba for its dues grab so we are hosed. The company gave us profit sharing, 2 confirmed passes, last year which was more than the union agreed to.

Progress has been so bad that the company is giving us things that arent even negotiated. Same thing with the stews. Gave them a pay increase without negotiations.

union votes are all scams under the iam constitution. Our negotiation team has never been involved in negotiations. Contract votes have never been disclosed and at best its always been about the secret handshake.
And its dominance and bullying of the TWU is complete. Amazingly, its mounted atop TWU Local Presidents and no member or Alex Garcia has their back. And by the look of Peterson, they must have collared him by feeding him cheeseburgers and donuts.

The twu is 2/3 of the membership. Maybe more.
But the iam has 3 on the ec while the twu only has 2. Plus lil richie, Sitos son is also involved.
Not one mechanic or fleet service from the iam group. Reagon was a lav dumper before he went company. Klima is a delta employee. Sito is a united board of director.

Sure I complained before. Should always have rank and file in there. We picketed iam headquarters in 98 to make sure we had rampers in negotiations. Got frieberger removed. Iam put a fence up around their compound after that.
Its just wrong to have a delta guy and a ua bod while 0 Twu Local prez. Just wrong. And reagon got booted by canale after his ta with seniority cleansing got voted down.

while some union members in manufacturing have lost their jobs, i was talking overall numbers. The overall union membership is up. Including manufacturing. Sad that GM would move some jobs but union jobs are greater. Its a fact
