American Airlines and Labor Negotiations

No. He along with the Pilots Union President hold a seat on the Board of Directors for UAL. Sito is representing the interests of the Shareholders he represents which is the IAM Members there.

No. He still has two years on his term. Tim is claiming after his 770 to 20 loss that the DOL has ordered a do over election next April (So far providing no proof of his claim)

So he makes things up never providing proof but since he repeats his claims over and over and over to death daily after awhile he frys people’s minds to the point they start believing him.

If you want to believe him Buck that’s on you. Maybe sometimes you might want him to prove his claims just a little bit.
I see know reason to believe or disbelieve either of you, so I always start with believing.

WeAAS,
Question for you.....As I understand the previous negotiations with AA and TWU , the local presidents voted with the weight of their local. How do you think it effects the Twu side of the NC now that the TWU Presidents have to abide by the “ one man, one vote theory”?

Interesting question. IMO I don’t think it will really affect them at all. Except for Tim Hughes and Sidney Jimenez none of the other Presidents were in office back in those days. Since Tim only represents less than 200 Members he was on the receiving end of the “Roll Call” vote and even though Sidney could use that power if he had wanted to, to his credit he didn’t use that weapon.

To be fair and not to put any of them down I also think they all know they were really brought in on the anticipation that they were going to be needed for a vote to satisfy the Association agreement. Except for Tim Hughes who’s the only one that’s been there from the beginning, I’m not even sure if they would be a part of the road shows? They might just take care of their own cities and Alex, Mike, Andre and Tim may do the traveling??????

My opinions are Fleet related.

What conspiracies?

You beleive you are correct and Tim Nelson believes he is correct..
All the information both of you provide is worth my time to listen.
Believe me, his information is garbage. We didn't keep our current LUS healthcare. Not sure why he has to spread those lies but it really does no good.
One thing that we both agree on, finally, is that FSC will get a chance to vote shortly. I'm guessing no more than 2 negotiation sessions with Uncle Jerry and it's a done deal. Some things were made "clear" to Alex and Sito if they wanted to pursue section 6.

But I know that current LUS health care is not on the table and Weez can say it's secure 100 times and it will still be wrong, although I really really had wished Weez would be right. Without current LUS health care, I couldn't possibly vote yes.

Sito is “cuffed” until next July while Nelson gets his rerun election for IAM Grand Poohbah.
Sito has sold out the entire Airline industry
Sito coughed up the Medical and Fleet will be voting soon.
Dave LeHive (A IAM Photographer) has me working a campaign to organize JetBlue Ramp
Gary Peterson does his videos in his underwear
Sito is having Jennifer Anniston’s Love child.
Fleet talks were done a year ago and we’re going to start from $34 per hour
Tim is not actually very short.

Information? Start asking for proof over “flies”
Most of that is true. And in GA one video, a mirror in the back showed him in his underwear. He should be more professional.
Never heard of any of those, just Sito holding a position at United Airlines. and his term is up in April?
You are correct. However, Sito is cuffed on any TA. It appears that an 'offer' will be presented to the memberships unless there is serious movement at these meetings. Speaking about Fleet only. The company and Uncle Jerry will move, but the move will be upwards on cash according to fly. Most of this was already taken care of this past August. The wage will be more than what the company presented in the videos.

Weez claiming current LUS medical was preserved is, unfortunately, trash talk. Fly claims that will never happen. Again, I had hoped that Weez' source was correct because I would love to keep my medical. In fact, I personally don't see any reason to have the membership vote unless it is a TA.....and one that keeps LUS medical.

Fly is third hand hearsay.

Speaking of B6/DL I can’t imagine these drawn out negotiations is helping organizing efforts.

Josh
What isn't helping organizing is that the IAM has some 'loose ends' it hasn't rightfully dealt with. The IAM killed the Delta stew campaign with its new TA at Delta's express carrier. And tossing Weez into FLL will kill any idea of JetBlue....he should be assigned to JFK instead of FLL but he prolly wanted to stay in florida??

The IAM organizing has become a complete disaster. And rightfully so.

Thanks WeAAs.
NYer, as pres of Mia, are the members aware that the “roll call” will not be utilized at the Negotiating table? If so, I’m wondering how that info has been received. I know you can’t speak for The other TWU presidents, but also wondering how the smaller TWU locals have reacted.

Someone and pardon me for not looking back and seeing who, talked about that alleged signing bonus. Its as big a joke as the profit sharing is.3k across the board? Nothing but a junior vote grabber. It should a rate times years of service arrangement.or better yet throw retro in there. The whole thing is nothing but a scam from a company that will happily tell you how appreciated you are on one hand while one of their henchmen are pissing in your morning coffee while you’re not looking.

NC isn't at the table, so we'll never know.

well, the iam and ua got this one correct? i believe ua was given a signing bonus of $200 per year of service with the company.

They received that because they didn't get their contractual raise until several months after their ratification. Similar to how we were given a payment several months after the August 2016 raise.

I’m not understanding that reply. Or perhaps I didn’t phrase the question correctly. When or If, the NC gets to vote to put out a TA for ratification are the Twu members in MIA understanding that you will have one vote of 12 and the roll call vote is not in effect?

that's correct, i remember that. but why divide the money by number of years worked?

why not the same retro check for all?

did ua & iam fear a 'no' vote if every single ua iam ramp agent would get $3.5k??

Most don't even know that exists. I'd guess most of the current Presidents don't know that existed either.
