After looking at crew news if they go with DL profit sharing with us i doubt will see the +3%.I think i rather have the +3%

You'll get the 3%, what's questionable is the PS. Don't know what they're asking for it from the pilots.

Negotiations have been going on like this forever. Especially the way the twu/iam and now the association does it. They wint change until they become extinct and then will wonder why.

This time it's a bit different.

The Association has the legal issues to contend with.

If they come out with a tough guy update then you may be right and that with be unfortunate because we'll end up with a worse deal down the road.

No, nothing different. They are right where they want to be, where they put themselves. Still the same old negotiations no information, no voice, no input from the membership. When all is said and done we will get the same thing, no support from the membership. And you guys voted it in. Forget to mention the powers that be alienated the membership from the begining. Rinse and repeat.

Either Sito and Garcia did not allow the "one time negotiators" to travel and party in the room next door while standing by for updates, or the Executive Negotiators (I use that term lightly) said not a peep from you peeps...

Not true Fa is/was there as was Louis from MIA, others chose not to go.

Last week you were claiming its a "flow thru" item now your backing off.

No. The question is still if the pilots would accept depending on what they're to give up in return, if that's the deal.

If it's tied to a pilot giveback then we'd get it if they accept. If the Airline decided to implement without a giveback then we could get it as part of the current negotiations.

If a deal was imminent why wouldnt you want to see after all this time?Wonder if it was some kind of a protest or an attempt to distant themselves hmmmm

It's what's it's been for quite some time. Those guys aren't directly involved. They'll only be used to vote a deal coming back to Members, they won't have a say in the contents.

And you said this time negotiations were different? Circumstances are different but the real deals get cut when the ones at the top go in the backroom.
Must be nice $286,000 as a fleet service clerk in the international.
