So let me ask this...has the Association been using the "When and where" threat in conjuction with AA wants everything but the loading and unloading of aircraft to try and convince the members? I see them both used together by both negotiators and Association supporters...
I didnt realize that but i suppose its due to fact neither them or us can work together on any single given flight bec of lack of JCBA.The TWU side does our own lavs.
As long as the union insist on trying to add 20 cities to the fleet work you will never see catering or mail put into the scope.
What dont you get here. We already have a bloated workforce because of this merger. There is no way they want to add that. much headcount and still pay top wages it’s called smart business
Once again everyone currently on property will have a job if we agree to the current proposal if we ever get a vote and it gets rejected I can just about guarantee that won’t be true in the next one
I’ll give Nyer this respect, when he made comments and claims about the mx issue, when asked he provided links and the actual documents. I respect that, btw Tim you should learn from that when you’re making outlandish claims.
Nyer have you heard anything about retro from last sept when the contract became admenable

That 100mil fine might soften up the mafia wanna be just a bitHere’s a question
We won’t get a contract unless
TWU AMT scope
IAM gets to keep their current healthcare
IAM pension, not sure what this entails
ASS. Ramp gets deicing more cities opened up
Not sure what else.
Until these demands from the 2 unions representing us are met, Samuelson won’t sign a contract?

You never see the puppet master. When he jerks the strings alex jumps....You forgot about the invisible Sito Pantoja. He's suppose to be part of this dysfunctional association.
Rumor the company is asking for 52 million. That 100mil fine might soften up the mafia wanna be just a bit
the company proposal broadens LUS scope regarding ramp work. In our LUS contract, we don't own pushback. That is 'when and where'. However, it's nice to see that the company finally included pushback as 'our work' finally. Also, the company broadened the ramp work to include "Operations". This is a big improvement. Currently, Operations is Operations/Tower. The company disputed this and claimed that this is all one. We argued that each was different and although the company relented, it is good to see operations separated from tower and included under ramp work now. That will mean many jobs for TWU stations. Even in small stations like mine pbi, we have 5 ops agents who bid separately.A step further. Most of the things being argued (Fleet perspective, but fits maint.) are positions that either the TWU has or the IAM has.
The Company proposal, for the most part, looks to keep what either side has but not expand to the other.
Aside from that, we have many more positions than other airlines so that causes downward pressure as well.
He's like the "Wizard"...."Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain"You never see the puppet master. When he jerks the strings alex jumps....
Wow, what if the alleged action continues?Rumor the company is asking for 52 million.
