Just my opinion you are never gonna see that until we reach an agreement and in my 25 years here the twu has only put out bullet points for us to vote on. The very same thing you dislike from the company.

What I dislike is anyone, company or union trying to influence people to vote one way or another. I've posted on here before I am all in on a vote for the current offer from the company, but I would never tell anyone which way to vote. That is for each individual to decide, and however that falls I will live with it as I have done for all the past contracts.

The Association will start of course with the best parts if they think it’s a good deal. So that probably will be bullet points. But from there we will have the entire JCBA to look over before we get to vote.

And again the current offer from the Company is incomplete and frankly again IMO Economically inadequate.

Again and again I will tell you that the Company has not put out any information on how they want to write the language as far as Scope for Fleet.

If I knew what that was for a fact since they felt compelled to put out everything else maybe I would join your chorus to have a vote. Otherwise I don’t sign my name on any Contracts until I see the fine print.

Swamt.....I failed to mention in my response to you that it appears the company is offering a buyout of 100K to maint. and 65K to fleet.

Answer this question? Why should Mr Baskett answer any of your qustioms, when you never address or answer anyone’s questions? I’ll make another deal with you, since you obviously didn’t like my last one since I haven’t seen your proposal that you have. Stop answering peoples questions with another question. And if you’ll guarantee and give your word you will answer any and all questions put to you, then I will be more than glad to answer your questions. By the way! I do answer MEMBERS questions.
Im a member for now and i would like know the association's strategy to get the company to move off its stance. If its informational picketing we are doomed.Ig its anything else i hope the Association has a lot of money and good lawyers just ask the APA.I also hope your.strategy doesnt get anyone fired because you do know we have a lot of lemmings on payroll

You have stated numerous times you want The Association to bring out the Company’s offer for a vote. The company hasn’t presented a full comprehensive offer to vote on. You’ve been made aware of this several times and still want to vote. Of course items have been exchanged, the company refuses to budge and refuses to put out a full comprehensive proposal.

Why would you want to vote on something that is not a tentative agreement? You aren’t in bankruptcy and your not in concessionary bargaining?
The offer has been made we have not accepted it, and yes I want the "membership" to vote. Stalling for 5 more years does nothing for us, there is no leverage to make the company change anything in their offer. If there is something left in the Assoc. bag of tricks I'm all ears. Our gun is outta bullets.

You havent worked on property in 25 years wouldnt you be netter served starting a union drive with your own workers. You dont work here, Tim does
Speaking of tim, wheres our contract? Hes in charge rumor is he had it done yesterday!

We put tim in charge! He'll have it done on 30 minutes!

Dude, there HAS BEEN NO OFFER. If there was where is it? SMH. Must suck to live in fear and on your knees.
You sound like a very angry person, you have insulted me twice today, I do hope that made you feel better.
Because your opinion is different than mine that means I'm living in fear??
You can try to see it any way you want but the company has made us an offer and we haven't accepted it yet, what I'm saying is we should accept that offer and bring it to the members.

Don't shake your head too hard I don't want you to hurt your neck.

not sure, i could be wrong..

let's say the company's jet-net bullet-points were full and presented as a contract.

we vote and say we vote 'no'.

does this mean the mediators would assume that 3% more than mystery airline on DOS is acceptable and wonder why the assoc. is trying to get that increased? they could only assume 3% more on DOS was good enough for the assoc. to present to it's membership for a vote...the mediators may come to the conclusion; no, we won't try and guide/steer aa to increase DOS wages in exchange for lus to be on laa insurance.

the same with insurance? the mediators can only believe that the assoc. is ok with everyone on laa plans because the assoc. allowed it's membership to vote on a contract with lus going on laa insurance plans? the mediators may wonder why the assoc. is now asking for all assoc. members to be on lus plans?

how would an arbitrator look at that as sums of all parts to make a ruling? check-mark here and there for aa??

tim the masses are waiting for you to take control and show us the proposal. you have had over 12 hours now where is the damn contract you promised?
.
Let’s see.....who thinks there is a better chance of
A) Tim producing a proposal
Or
B) Tim showing up and have his brains beat in

No official COMPREHENSIVE proposal has been presented.
