Did you believe the IAM when they told you that you would lose your IAM pension if you voted them out and went for AMFA?

Yes it’s the truth. I met with the pension people and read the plan rules in black and white.

If we voted out the IAM, it would be frozen and have to negotiate with the company to replace it.

Because the Association is the official representive now certfied by the NMB, and agreed to by the IAM and TWU.

You’re represented ultimately and even then by the TWU Metal. Now yes even though I hate dredging up crap at moments where it actually hurts us way more than helps us, Jim Little himself DID ABSOLUTELY say that we would get to vote on this Association. (Again the Company ABSOLUTELY LOVES this)

Do you remember a while back I posted that article from “The Chief” NY Municiple paper where they interviewed our now current President John Samuelson and he was saying all those nasty things about Little and how he let all those other Unions step in and start raiding our house. He was saying some really nasty stuff about him and this is while he was Local 100 President.

Where is Jim Little today?

You do know when we integrate all of those jobs belong to Aircraft Maintenance not TWU or IAM.

Same thing if we can capture a better Medical price.

Where are you and watcher determining I am taking the company's side? This started by me stating why the company wants the LAA medical and you are assuming I am pro company on this...

It was actually six mechanics. Three of who were original Piedmont.
Why would I assume it was hearsay. We had many a discussion. I answered their concerns, they answered mine. no need for me to be skeptical of them.
