Airbus Ruling

320, The company has a small problem, They can "seek", "ask", "cry", "whine", "etc." all they want.. It's got to go through Judge Mitchell.

PITBULL edited by moderator The above comment has no lodgical thinking, nor does it reflect a union rep who suppposed has the knowledge and intelligence enough to rep her group. The IAM is not your group. You need to take some chill pills girl , or youll be losing more than a job, but your sanity as well. You do not and nor does any union here, have the power to shut it down. To think that way and utter those words, concerns me you dont have my best interest at heart. I support your passion, b ut not your threats. Show you intelligence please, and show us your more than just "shut it down" FYI 500 is not in the bank. Another incorrect comment. Why do u choose to inflame? You know as well as i do, IAM will never get that money, nor will they be any different that us. We all will share more pain. Have you talked to EAP? AFA has a great one. :)

Oh, Oh.....say it isn't so... oh no... not the "recall", not the USA320 recall...oh, I'm shrinking, I'm shrinking...auuuhhhhhhh...

Boy, you make me howl.... ;) love ya, bullwinkle....mean it!

What's the wager? R/T tickets to LAS on UA, perhaps?

I'll be the guy playing craps with the IAM guys from the PIT line....

Instead or arguing on this message board, in some respects I would like to see the court impose deeper cuts on labor than the S.1113(e) motion. That way the "naysyers" will be proven wrong and have to suffer more "pain".

But, do not worry, it's only a job cause here comes da' judge, just like every ALPA official and advisor have warned the RC4. Let the "imposition" and "pain" begin.

Regards,

USA320Pilot

Forget the "naysayers"......how about the "suck up's"? What sort of "pain" should they suffer.......oh, wait, nevermind........they like the feeling of BOHICA's....dontcha?

You sir are the six o'clock end of the horses timepiece. I am truely ashamed that you are an ALPA member with such arrogance. Again I ask you to have a modicum of dignity and TURN IN YOUR PIN!!

Disgusted in DENVER, CO

You are correct he DOES have a problem!!!!!! I wish he would just keep to his thoughts about ALPA and leave the IAM alone. The man lives in fantasy land!!!! Lock out the IAM and the company is toast. I realize he is a retired Marine AND Naval Aviator, test pilot, commodities trader, late night TV actor, A320 Capt...but he had better have his A&P or willing to load and unload A/C, because without the IAM he will be busy!!!!!!

The Airbus issue went to arbitration and they lost, now it is time to pay the price!!! The company's response was a joke, more "good faith" bargining. By the way I wonder what has happened to the person who had the final say on the Airbus farm-out over a year ago?? Just how much has he or she cost the company with that decision? Willing to bet thay are STILL employed by U??

One more point , I don't think the Airbus work was even put out for a competitive bid, some how the company in Alabama was awarded the contract...I wonder why???

The company's whole case was based on lack of facilities.

The company lost their case with that arguement, yet they continue to spew the same misinformation and arrongence that got us to the is place all ready.

Guess CCY does not know the truth if it jumped up and smacked them in the face.

AP Tech:

You know, your funny when you're pissed....

Late night TV actor...Love It....Working at U is like living late night TV that's for damn sure....

I do agree with the posters saying the IAM can end the misery for everyone, because they certainly can whether some people believe it or not. They do have some practice at it...
