You are right. I should have stated my statement more clearly. The TWU labor protection clauses only applied to incumbant TWU members (nAAtives) BEFORE the National Mediation Board declared the TWU the bargaining representative for the TWA llc. employees. AFTER the NMB declared the TWU the bargaining representative for the TWA llc. employees, then the TWU labor protections also apply to the ex-TWA people.
