I'm not the one whining, when I feel as though I don't want to work at AA I will move on, you want to direct your comment toward super fluff.
Oh please. So anyone that has an issue with their employer should just "leave". You have never tried to make your job better? Why ask for a raise? After all, if you don't like the pay and work rules, why did you stay? Why did you join the union? They were always asking for better pay and work rules on your behalf. If they didn't like it, they should "leave" right? As if their are no other mitigating circumstances as well - especially for those working under a seniority system and an economy in the tank.
Many analogies can be made to make your suggestion look foolish. I already made the one about the original colonists in this country. I wonder what would have happened if the colonies were full of Dukes that just wanted to take King George's crap and not fight back and make this a better place for all. You would have been real popular with guys like Samuel Adams. "If you don't like it here leave".
