600 F/a Recall For The Summer

I truly hope they recall many more than 600. It would be great to get some of the TWAers back in the air. I am sick and tired of seeing this industry constantly shrunk. US proved over the Thanksgiving holiday that you can definitely cut to close to the bone. Just my thoughts...........

As a matter of interest, what % of recalls are expected to refuse? Would expect the number to be quite high these days, and attrition rising.

peasant, IIRC, the summer recall had a 20% or more refusal. The numbers were adjusted for the holiday recall and a more-than-the-expected number accepted recall, hence the PLOAs.

You really can't really predict F/As, can you? I can't.

F/As are really the wild-card in this drama. This must drive pilots nuts!

You cannot predict who will return or not.

Regarding attrition, I can tell you it's not retirements. It's junior squirrels.

LGA is eating them alive.
