How far down the list are you from recall. Based on your post, you seem to be a man in the know. The reason I ask is that i would like to fly with you one of these days.

As of the June 2004 seniority list there are 709 natives ahead of the TWA people, and I'm number 948 of that group, so that makes me number 1657 to be recalled. If the rumored recall happens before the holidays, that should clear out half or more of the AA furloughees, setting the stage for TWA people to start coming back next Spring. I doubt if more than half the TWAers ahead of me will actually return, so my best guess for my own recall is sometime next summer.

No crystal ball here; just making the best guesses I can with the numbers available.

I'm hoping to get into LGA; if not right away, then as soon as possible. I've been based in New York since 1972, except for a short year in SFO in '73-'74, and of course the STL quarantine from 2001-2003.

See you on the line.

Sure we can. It will hurt, but we have pulled it off each year and I have no doubt we will get screwed again this year.

And for all you folks who get sick durring the holidays, you really should take better care of your selves so you could enjoy the holidays more.

It's holiday time so Garfy is ready to roll with his "management" type threats. Nothing you or anyone else can do if we call in

Your comment, "you really should take better care of your selves so you could enjoy the holidays more" we do take great care of ourselves during the holidays. We're not calling in sick, we're calling in sick of AA! Yes, we do enjoy the holidays, because we're not flying!!

I have tried to remain and adult and refrain from responding to LIH. But he or she has to be the most immature person I have ever run across on this board. You have never once made a post that has been positive. Your posts are full of lies and hate. You continue to rant about how much you hate AA. I for one think it is great you are staying with the company. I love to see someone i truly despise work for a company they hate. I for one enjoy comng to work. And i enjoy thinking it pains you to come in and have to display the wings and the uniform that all AA Flight ATtendants wear. The only bad thing about it is that their are plenty of mature professional people that put the flight attendant uniform each day. I feel sorry that they have to call you one of their own.
