The 10 year old blogs portended the FishBowl era. It started for you 10 years ago. Leonidas and the 2004 hires completely played into the Parker Script. Herb Holland and Blomgren saw it coming.
CB53 is in serious denial.

"If the former West MEC goes after us on the facts, well have to put out more details, including actual statements from those who were there on both sides. But thats the former MECs call.

(Go ahead, former MEC members. Deny the truth. Look every pilot facing furlough in the eye and tell them about holding the line at Wye River. Want to talk? Well give you our forum to explain yourselves.)"

NIC OR NOTHING...........

"Just like in the B-757 IOU, the E-190 arbitration IOU and unbalanced East-West flying, our MEC ended up getting 175 West pilots furloughed, because they refused to negotiate and THEY TURNED DOWN THE OFFER!

From what weve been told, Jeff Freund left the Wye River conference out of frustration over our MECs refusal to negotiate a compromise. Our MEC says they held the line. If failure to negotiate, causing 175 furloughs, is holding the line, great job, guys. The East MEC made an offer that would have prevented Dave ODell from being furloughed. You turned it down.

So, if you still think our MEC were heroes at Wye River, tell that to our bottom 175 pilots. All we can say is when you update your resume, just remember who didnt SAVE DAVE."

The east saved Dave,

The West guys are happy with what Bybee did for them, and they think it will be an easy lawsuit if the BOA doesn't use the Nic.  Very easy lawsuit.

And this suprises you how?............ask them when the next lawsuit will be filed....

"You will have to decide who is telling the truth. Which road is the West steering committee traveling? Keep in mind that one of the members on our committee is former MEC Chairman Don Steinman, who authorized the secret Operation O-K Corral pre-nup with the UAL MC back in 1999. Another member is CJ Szmal, who participated in the O-K Corral. He wanted DOH for our CAs in return for getting credit for his furlough and DASH-8 turbo-prop time. Anyone smell MDA?

The East will not accept a contract without changes to the Nic. The West will not approve changes to the Nic. Or will we? The Wilson polls show that we would accept changes to the Nic."

Dave Blomgren, for The Mighty U-Turn. Your beacon of truth in these dark days..

Case 2:08-cv-01633-NVW Document 512 Filed 06/10/2009 Page 6 of 14

With respect to wages, the Company’s proposal – the Kirby Proposal – is still on the table in current negotiations (Hemenway Trial Tr. 862:2-11), and Plaintiffs’ witness, Russell Payne, testified that he recalled that West MEC Chairman McIlvenna (and the East MEC chairman) considered the Kirby Proposal for pay to be “woefully inadequate.” (Tr. 644:15-19).

Plaintiffs dispute this fact on the grounds that this evidence is inadmissible hearsay. (Doc. # 508 ¶ 21). However, Plaintiffs did not make a hearsay objection, or any objection, when Mr. Payne was asked about his recollection of the “woefully inadequate” comment. Further, Plaintiffs’ objection now (that “[t]his cannot be used to prove the truth of the matter asserted – that, in fact, the Kirby proposal was inadequate,” Doc. # 508 ¶ 21) has no merit in any event because Defendant was not
trying to prove that the Kirby Proposal was in fact inadequate but rather that the West MEC chairman regarded the proposal as inadequate. Based on the fact that the East and West MEC’s were not prepared to accept the Kirby Proposal, Mr. Payne agreed that “we can’t sit here and prognosticate when it would have been TA’d.” (Tr. 644:23-25). And when asked, “[t]herefore we can’t prognosticate as to when a final contract altogether would have been TA’d, correct?” Mr. Payne responded, “Not with any certainty, no.” (Tr. 645:1-3).

Ray Burkett et al claims the east avoided a JCBA to beat the Nic.
Here is court testimony proving Ray is telling more lies on C&R

They are going to wish they took the NIC at Wye River, can't wait for them to file a lawsuit against the APA...............guess we might not be paying any damages out of USAPA's pocket either...........this is going to be fun to watch

Funny how the WEST, took the opportunity to propel our careers , to a lower level , glad to see Sully got his due!
west pilots have a huge hatred for Sully. Imagine the stares and incredulous whispers when they once more spin their TOGA stories in an attempt to vilify a true hero at cocktail parties.
Vasin, Ferguson, Burkett et al were tripping over themselves to screw Skiles and jump the line.
USAPA shines in the movie, as do other east Union officers,

And the very most junior west guy ( now flying east) G DICKENS is in training for CAPT E-190 and will be a block holder as soon as released by training. Talking about shooting themselves in the foot, no wonder 53Cactusboy is tripping out all over himself.

Not desperate at all, boyz.

Relax Dorothy, not a reason in the world for the east to be "desperate" we are not the ones locked in you self induced fishbowl..........Don't know how you sleep at night knowing how you lied and decieved your pilot group all this time.........Wye River baby!

Maybe another year in captivity or so........patients son!

Spoken by one of the architects of the debacle. The 2004 west hires tried to jump the line and ended up swimming in the bottom of the FISHBOWL for a decade. Blomgren, and Herb Holland warned you. Then you pulled Herb and installed the greedy new hires. Huge mistake.
How does Ferguson even show his face? Koontz as well. The master plan of Sparta has destroyed west pilots careers.
