Hey guys....I heard that 'the list' was out......but I haven't been able to find anything anywhere.
Does anyone here have a link??
Thanks in advance.
Cheers.
I have not seen it, but if it exists it is fair and equitable, and already part of the JCBA, to be used at the company's speed of IT.

Snowflake? That is funny. That's the name of one of my dogs. She is a good girl, unprecedently pack loyal, unseen before with regard to my other two buddies. She brings it all together. She is the smallest yet commands the order. Really interesting actually.

Validated, i.e. Right? I guess your lack of any meaningful response is admission you are and have been stuck in quite a corner for some time. Frustrated and quick to react.

Tough to argue the truth. Especially when it faces you square in the, for lack of a better term, face.

I empathize with your web board position. Constantly taking heat, constantly trying to deflect that position back at those that seem unworthy.

Just come clean man, you aren't any better than anyone here. I'm not, and I know you're not.

Sniffle, sob..."you'se" got me there snowflake. Consider yourself now fully "validated" and please pass the tissues while I run to the nearest "Safe Space."  ;)

Why am I not surprised? ;)
If you had a superlatively obedient/compliant family dog named Snowflake would you admit it, or would you instead brag that Snowflake never ever three engine taxied?

Indeed.

Bean: "Ha! East, your flying wager brought me to register and start posting in the first place."  Yet all the poor kid actually wants to do is discuss his/her "emotions" and puppy dogs...I say we just award a "trophy" for "participation" in internet chat there, which I'd think should sufficiently serve to solace even the mightiest "spartan"/"knight"/"dire wolf"/whatever....or perhaps a nurturing offer of a "group hug" instead?

Seriously; the aviation "community" just ain't what it used to be.

Bean said:
.....Comparing someone who didn't have the opportunity you did is not fair.

Just a word of advice kid; you make your own opportunities in life. Whenever you want something badly enough, you make it happen or die trying, and "fair" has NOTHING whatsoever to do with any serious contest or personal quest. Grow Up.

Give Snowflake a kindly pat on the head from me. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for dogs. Whiney and overly-entitled little spoiled brats? = Not-so-much.

Bottom Line: The wager's always open kid. Back up your big mouth or get lost. Your "emotions" and personal angst don't much interest me, nor am I hugely concerned with what you name your dog(s) "pilot"...

Ok, ok. This thread is finally dead. The wager you eagerly try to be fulfilled is not going to happen. After how many years? It's ok. It's pretty much done.

so what do we do from here?

How about we try to acknowledge that emotion is only going to make us... more emotional. An award from here is going to elicit many emotions. Just like we've seen over the last ten years.

Problem is, those emotional reactions do not mean a thing from here on out. Those emotions do not directly relate to fair. Fair will be determined by the arb panel, very shortly.

Emotional outrage from one party or another has been extinguished by the process we all agreed to, once again. But this time, it is super serious. Serious men doing serious work have layed it all on the table. As have all parties.

There is no opportunity for one group to advantage themselves over another. It's gone. The award will be unprecedently bulletproof to any litigation.

When it is finally published for all to read, the reaction from all parties will be telling, but the reaction from all parties will be just that, a reaction. Duly noted in the record but not a factor to what happens next.

The procedure to get where we are will end up... completely out of any of our control. Things are about to go to warp speed, and the result will be completely immune to any perceived wrong that must be made right.

Bean, I have to disagree.

This SLI award will be no more or less immune to litigation than any other arbitration.

East pilots have already filed a lawsuit challenging the process.  They will of course lose that lawsuit.

Frankly, I do not care who files what after the award is published.  I suspect there will be challenges to the award.

1) Big surprise there, but at least we're no longer hearing ferocious cries from sorry little punks like yourself about how "This is Sparta!" and what "battle"-tested-"knights" you must keep hidden out there in all ways way other than infantile videos, and the strange little passive-aggressive act you put on fails to much impress as well ...Just sayin'...

2) Don't know about "you'se" but I plan on having a lifetime of remembered chuckles at "spartan" expense. Other than that, I'll hope whatever comes will prove at least marginally acceptable to all concerned and everyone will then get on with their lives.

You may now return to discussing your pwecious widdle emotions and general angst. ;)

Passive aggressive act?

The videos put out were nothing to do with me. I just started posting here after lurking for over I think a decade.

I don't know of any battle tested Sparta mantra I have been supporting via this medium, although I do support much of what they convey.

The reason you don't hear from the usual suspects is the fact that those suspects are pretty confident that all of their concerns will be dealt with admirably by those tasked to make such a decision.

In other words, there is no reason to try and engage someone who is hell bent on justifying an ubsurd position.

Why all the drama commentary? It will be what it will be.

You never did get it.
