Ok. For the record. Beancounter is not me,....

I know that. Beancounter's actually capable of reasonable discussion. "You'se" seem to be the only one here suffering away in Fantasyland/the PHX "Fishbowl" with any psychotic notions to the contrary = "For the record. Beancounter is not me" but "We might actually be the same person after all."?...Seriously?

Sigh!...AWA should reasonably have at least attempted SOME form of intelligence testing...but then; how many would've ever accepted a job from them that passed any such testing? No retirement program whatsoever and the worst pay rates in the industry...just sign here?

I've no idea who "you'se" are, nor could I even possibly care any less there than I do, but I reasonably assume from thread history that you're just another infantile "spartan" twit with yet another "name" offered up.....again.

Holy smokes! You have certainly made it clear to me to you are not the person I thought you were.

The ability to take the last few days of posts and shuffle them in to a little Sparta box for your own pleasure and/or argumentative self preservation is astounding.

I see why many that frequent this board treat you the way they do. I gave you every opportunity to justify your thoughts, but this is truly disheartening. Hell, we had a civil pm session months, if not a year ago, agreeing on the fact that we could get along just fine. I remember telling you I would be happy to buy you a beer after a long day, and you reciprocated that concept.

I understood you were getting slammed left, right and center from all things west and your replies were just typical emotional reactions from all involved. I really felt you were just stuck in a corner, reacting to all the inputs.

But this latest little 3+ post input is a verifiable history of how you truly feel.

You almost had me, but not at hello.

Clearly, there are two beans in this mix. I was being courteous to retract the accusations I was making about Beancounter, stealing or coat tailing on my id.

It was never by design, just coincidence.

That's all there is to it. After reading many of beancounter's posts, I can see your confusion, still...

Listen youngin' I was signing off as Bean long before you were a glint in your father's eye.   :)  Sorry, couldn't resist.  I'm an 04' hire, you?

Since "you'se" seem a bit miffed; the flying wager's always open, and, while naturally concerned with your innermost "feelings; "You almost had me, but not at hello."...Well, I'll confess I really had no interest in inviting you to the prom in any case. ;)

Ha! East, your flying wager brought me to register and start posting in the first place.

First, confusion about what you were insinuating... aerial combat, honestly, were you serious? Not everybody was gifted with the benefit of using their country's taxed paid flight training to try and suggest they were better than someone who didn't happen to be at the right place at the right time.

Second, the disbelief you were actually trying to challenge someone over something you clearly had an advantage to. I couldn't believe someone flying for a living would like to try and judge another over something they may excell at while disregarding another's skill set. I bet you are really good at shooting down what you are told to shoot at. Problem is, we don't have the ability to shoot down much here in the civilian world, except each other. Looks like you want to claim, you win. You win. You do win, you just don't understand that you lost.

Bean, to answer your question, I too was hired in 2004.

Umm...OK then. So what would be a fully "fair" suggestible contest with "someone flying for a living"?...Perhaps a game of "Spartan" checkers at least?...Maybe even something as demanding as darts? I'd have thought any even supposed "pilot" would naturally enjoy a bit of harmless, even tourist level fun aloft at an established operation for such things. My "bad" apparently.   "You win. You do win, you just don't understand that you lost." Aw heck! I hate it when that happens...Could I at least hope for some "trophy" just for "participating" here anyway? ;)

"Not everybody was gifted with the benefit of using their country's taxed paid flight training..."? No small number of which were again properly remembered on Memorial Day. Such a pity that poor, pitiful "spartans" were so rudely (and of course "unfairly") denied being so grandly "gifted", we must suppose? Run back to "you'se" nearest "Safe Space", commiserate with your fellow "Spartans", proudly flourish ridiculous "Liberty" ties to your little hearts' content,  and kindly leave the grownups alone.

Sigh...As previously posted: The aviation "community" simply ain't what it used to be, and not even by a very long shot.

Addendum: Might one at least reasonably ask (while not wishing to insensitively "offend" anyone's pwesious widdle feewings of course) as to exactly what your undoubtedly AWAsome personal "skill set" actually is?...Especially referencing whatever astonishing "skill" that allows you some strange fantasy of being "worthy" of usurping a full 17-actually-worked years and experience from others in your same "class" and craft?

Per "Not everybody was gifted with the benefit of using their country's taxed paid flight training to try and suggest they were better than someone who didn't happen to be at the right place at the right time."? "who didn't happen to be at the right place at the right time" and even "gifted" to boot? Seriously? I strongly suggest an educational trip to your nearest National Cemetery prior to ever again shooting your mouth off in such infantile/"the whole world revolves around MEE!" fashion kid.

APA election participation.. proof no one believes there is much difference between APA and AAL
The "Superior Pilots"  voting for their own Super Superior Pilots.  The participation level was about 25% of the membership.  APA is so lame they can't even get the Superior Contract they agreed to implemented. The next step from the Superior Pilots will be a vote for ALPA which will only result in an increase in dues. The RLA has made unions next to worthless.

"The RLA has made unions next to worthless." Sadly so, but only spineless, narcissistic infants of the "It's ALL about MEEE!" sorts put the final nails in the coffin. Every pilot faces a shaving/make-up/whatever mirror each time they come to work, and purely collective Will there makes the difference between any airline flying or staying parked on any given day....Period. I've now seen over 3 decades of ever-increasing "wimpiness", the advent of corporation-desired aviation "puppy mills" and easily programmable products of, and thus the current conditions come as no surprise.

I give you today's purely laughable excuses for "pilots":  "Gettin' high with Cap'n Aux!
In 34 years of flying, the Capn's never set foot in an Altitude Chamber—until now!
The experience was, shall we say, stratospheric!"

"the Capn's never set foot in an Altitude Chamber—until now!" Think about how truly pathetic that is to actually boast about for even a moment:
