People in glass houses shouldn't throw..........:ring a bell by any chance?

Agreed. Flying since I was 14 years old, very nearly a half century now, and far past "enough" now sadly dead friends from Lady Sky's whims/war/accidents/etc to know better....Anyone who ever even imagines themselves "bulletproof" aloft is purely a hopelessly clueless and utterly juvenile idiot....Period. "There, but for Fortune" go even the very best of any/all of us....Period. Anyone not fully aware of that has simply never been much "tested" themselves. Life it's self is a very fragile proposition. Choosing to live it in the sky has only recently seemed "safe". I suppose a purely airline "pilot" existence these days might largely help maintain that peculiar fantasy for the most part. Keep your smarmy "ring a bell"nonsense to yourself, unless you've some pretentiously childish glee to offer about the tragic deaths of others (than of course yourself, at least yet) in general...?

"Ask not for whom the bell tolls...." Personally?...I've heard it "toll" for some far better men/Pilots than myself over the years....'nuff said.

Keynote speaker at coming Leonidas Marty meet and greet.

So right, Ferguson, Koontz and the former PHX rep CB53 just screwed their pilot group over so bad........the AWA pilots should be filing a lawsuit against AOL. Had a west pilot on the jumpseat admitted the pilot group was very frustrated at these AOL kids.

There would likely be a very small pool of AWA pilots who could launch a credible lawsuit against AOL.  I suspect almost all of them have voluntarily contributed financially at least something.  It would be disingenuous to complain in court now if you had sent AOL a check.

But, then again, Wake might hear it.  He'll hear anything it appears.

Had an east pilot on the jumpseat who thought scab union supporters were lower than picket line crossing rats.

Said they cost him over $1/2 million, 170 days of vacation and a cross country commute for 10 years.

Also had choice words for the MDA lawsuit.  Couldn't understand how the east has lost this lawsuit 3 times already, and yet files again.

APA attempts to use another pilot union seniority integration in an attempt to ladder up east pilots backs. Nice try APA, if west pilots cannot implement an ALPA seniority integration, how can LAA pilots use same? Doug Parker et al Cleardirectly understood he could not impose the Nic without a TA on USAPA pilots.

CB53, thoughts?

NoNic4us?
Cleardirect?

Hi junior.

You are aware the scab union was found guilty of a DFR violation for its failure to use the Nic in the MOU?  Also, for failure to use the Nic in the seniority protocol agreement it negotiated without any West input?

The BOA will use the Nic, and you will not leapfrog any pilots senior to you as was your attempt at LCC.

Oh, and BTW...MDA pilots were furloughees..not mainline..LMAO....

Nice try junior, just keep swimming I the fishbowl..,,..,, to think you could have had the NIC.

Always remember greed did you scabs in.

Could have had the Nic?

What are you talking about?

In case you did not hear, 2500 scab union supporters voted themselves into 10 years of LOA93 to avoid the Nic and eventually that proved to be a violation of labor law as a DFR failure.

Now, we still have the Nic, and the LCC pilots will be incorporated with the AMR pilots into a new list at AAL.

Sure the east might file a lawsuit...oh, wait...they already have...but, the AAL list will not change the order of pilot seniority at LCC....and that is Nic order.

Again I understand you were given a chance to have the NIC and you turned it down, don't quite get that.

Keep fighting boys, hope it benefits us!

You must be talking about our favorite no-balls Captain who parlayed a PSA date of hire from an MD-80 right seat to an A330 left seat. Then he lectured his F/Os about how they should quietly accept permanent F/O status so that the likes of you could jump 17 years and then bail on your loser Vegas and Phoenix hubs to take upgrades back east.

We know he's having a tough time dealing with retirement while his wife flies to Europe, so please do what you can to cheer him up.
