USAPA trampled on the rights of others to further it's agenda by any means possible. Suing pilots under false RICO charges was the last straw for me. Supporting such an organization speaks volumes of your character. USAPA will be sued until it does not exist anymore. Death by a thousand cuts.

In accordance with the USAPA Constitution & Bylaws Article V Section 3 and USAPA UOM Section 3 Paragraph I.a.1, the Regular Meeting of the Board of Pilot Representatives will commence at 0900 ET on Monday, March 30, 2015 and conclude at 1700 ET or at the conclusion of business. west pilots will then get a smaller dues refund in the end.
Senior west pilots have already been harmed in denial of 330 pay. The damages are exponentially worse with the new pay rates.
Your choice. The choice of an angry and junior f/o.

Your attempts of dividing the West pilots will backfire. Much like Mike Cleary's Cactus 18 fiasco which unified the West pilots and increased funding to AOL.

Will the outcome of the Addington appeal (at the 9th, before the same three judges.. the more things change, the more they are the same...)... Will the Addington appeal change the funding... or anything else for that matter?
