Yeah, what about the lawsuit that was already filed? 
 
I read the complaint. The Letter G complaint is an alleged contract violation.  Not so much a DFR.  
 
The other complaints are less straightforward and remind me of the TWA situation.   They probably have a case but it will take more than a decade to win and the cost will be very steep.   The final "win" will be pyrrhic at best, just like for TWA and AOL.
 
But if folks believe it is a fight worth fighting, they should throw themselves all in, and sell gaudy ties to prove it.

Leonidas win was Pyrrhic? Gee, I seem to recall the Nic being presented by 2 out of 3 parties in the SLI. I also heard about 5.5 million dollars leaving scab hands into those of AOL. USTUPID was too focused on the Nic to negotiate RR  so you'll be paying for that as well. But to be fair, USCABA never negotiated a single thing. Ever. You must be shocked at how much real unions can accomplish...
 
As far as yet ANOTHER loser MDA suit?  HAAAAA!! right. You know the one requirement to fly for MDA was?

Try as you might (and you do often give it a college try), you will never exceed the cavitation and splashing of Res.  You may come in second, but never first.. you never applied to the FBI (so at least you were somewhat more realistic in your aspirations.  You have to be completely off kilter to equal Res.).  
 
REINSTATEMENT RIGHTS: Only real Union pilots have them. There's going to be a feeding frenzy of LAA and West pilots devouring the scabs I'll-gotten gains...and their attrition to boot. :lol:
