Maybe it was a typo? $3.5M.... $2.5M. I quoted DIRECTLY from Marty's BRILLIANT filing.
Wow! It was $3.5M!!! Holy cow! It's a good thing we got the extra dough out of USAPA!

Has anyone heard from Paul Music lately? Or has he had his MI already? :D :D :D

Congrats to Marty on his win!

Marty finally persuaded the 2004 & 2005 hire pilots that it was time to negotiate an end to their jihad.

Marty is a miracle worker.

And the 2004-hire pilot is encouraging the west pilots to continue their monthly donations to his kingdom... if the west pilots actually continue their monthly donations, then who is the greater magician? Marty or the 2004-hire pilot?

Either way, it's obvious the knots on those ties must be a little too tight.

He is trying desperately to get the nic windfall that was gifted to him. He is a 57 year old junior copilot for a third tier airline that pilots went to when they couldn't get hired anywhere else. A scab laden collection of misfits and imbeciles that lie to the FBI, tell the CEO they want to turn in other pilots, and want to usurp a 17 year veteran pilot behind a new hire. They will get exactly what they brought to this merger; a stagnant low yield hub, pos wore out aircraft, and no potential for advancement in pay or position.

Now the new B of A might be swayed a little had the judges actually awarded them the nic or the billions in damages that were solicited. Additionally, they might be swayed by the powerhouse hub that PHX has become with massive growth, new route announcements, and even the massive influx of new aircraft deliveries there, and let's not forget the transfer of A330 and A350 flying going there. Yea, that's it.

I have yet to hear one of them explain how the arbitrators are going to explain the fairness in advancing the west against the positions of the 10000 legacy AA pilots. What they have is an arbitration award going on 9 years stale that required a CBA to institute. Scott Kirby deemed the award a lottery ticket that the west couldn't cash.

Oh and whatever happened to the threats from the west that the USAPA officers were going to be doing jail time and filing for bankruptcy. Drama queens much?
It is amazing that this fool believes his own BS.  I am very proud and happy to be part of the band of misfits (who had the best safety record in the industry) who joined a thriving and growing company rather than one in decline (and would be gone if not for the third tier airline).
The amazing thing is that all of us no count losers banded together and stood up to the superior race in aviation to completely squash their DOH fantasies.  We held together like glue while merging with the worst airline in the industry, the nastiest pilot group in the industry bar none.  We honored all agreements while the nastiest pilots reneged on those same agreements in an effort to place their furloughed pilots from their failed airline in front of the captains of the thriving and growing airline.
The fat lady is singing, boys and girls.  West pilots will never be made whole for all that was taken from their careers by those who chose to breach their contracts but we have gained much in that DOH never was, nor ever will be, implemented.
Legal issues are winding down.  The west is being rewarded.  The east is defeated.
Fools like FL430 can bloviate all they want about the inferiority of west pilots but the truth is that we beat them.  It took a while but they are down and out and it will be interesting to see how they adjust to that.

The louder a pig hollers.. the deeper he been stuck, yeah buddy.  (<<<------ Redneck version of "The lady doth protest too much, methinks.".)

Perhaps you should read the post in question, and educate those than are even a little dimmer than you, before you open your pie hole?

Best record thanks to the security that stopped the drunks from pushing back! Thriving, you've got to be joking! Almost a 10 year fence. USAPA=Victory!

So in official filings with the court AOL lied about it's expenses. Got it. I'm shocked.
Just a typo Ace: "Wow! It was $3.5M!!! Holy cow! It's a good thing we got the extra dough out of USAPA!"

How much was AOL asking for in costs? I'm sure it's right there with your other quotes.
Go to www.cactuspilot.com.  Left side for the TONS of litigation that we were FORCED to do to DEFEND ourselves.  DFR3 West v. USAPA > Document 342 (dated 12/2/15) >

"Plaintiffs seek an award of $3,593,065.35 in attorneys fees and non-taxable costs..."

I remembered that AOL asked for more that chilless said. Was I wrong? If so, it's a simple question and you could answer it very quickly. Show me the filing and if I'm wrong, I'll admit it.

Hey AW, that's the number I came up with!

"And thank you for the $5.5M, it really makes a difference for us out west because our litigation expenses were about $2.5M total."

See my confusion? AW.
Don't be confused, Ace.

No moron, I already had the relevant filing pulled up from cactus pilot.com.

Go back and read the question.
Asked and answered countless times:

You know, Pi brat seems a bit too formal.  You sound like you might be more like a TONY.  You think?

And the happy fact that no arrogantly clueless "spartan" child commanded FLT1549, who strangely "thought" going TOGA and turning towards land (just to become a fireball/crash site) wasn't then present.

"You'se" echo my own sentiments there, but not as you would imagine. No matter. A most impressive bugle call for your triumphant "victory". In the wake of such a marvelous triumph though... Umm...How's the commute from CHS to PHX working out for you, and how soon do you honestly "expect" command of a 757 in CLT now?

That fails to shock or even surprise. Not all are equally content to have endured a "life" where T-shirts and childish ties were/are considered tuxedos/mess dress/etc though....Just sayin'...
