Pretty sad you were a PHX rep and spent millions for nothing. Too bad you never went to this Town Hall. Doug had the answer all along. Unfortunately for you, Mitch Vaselino, Ferguson, Koontz and the other 2004 hires hijacked the process. Read carefully the following:
November 11, 2008 (Q&A in Phoenix with Doug Parker)
Pilot: . . . . My question though is I was at the hearing for the furloughed guys and one of the possibilities they were discussing is moving 190s to the west and can’t do that. You know why.
Parker: Why
Pilot: Binding arbitration. So the company believes in binding arbitration. We have a binding arbitration for seniority. Does the company believe in binding arbitration or not?
Parker: The binding arbitration you’re talking about I think – I’m pretty sure what you are talking about – that was an ALPA process that resulted in binding arbitration. That wasn’t a company process. That’s ALPA to ALPA seniority integration that says if you can’t get it resolved we go to binding arbitration is ALPA policy not company policy. If the company’s in binding arbitration, yea we believe in binding arbitration.
Then you have NOTHING to worry about, Claxy.....right? Moron.

Agreed. Kirby told them. They stopped their own ears, sold exclusive ties to shame folks into supporting 2004 hires, and published conformist-lists on the Internet.
Ultimately the lists and ties could not change the fact that the pilots retained a contractual authority to collectively be their own final arbiters of a fair and equitable solution to the SLI via the contingent contract.
The pilots surrendered that contractual authority in the new contract, ties and lists notwithstanding.
There you are worried about some beautiful patriotic ties. Dude, let it go. You have nothing to worry about....right?

You project "worry" on a lot of things. It's been a pattern with you for quite awhile.

Well there are AWA guys flying on the east that obviously like it better here. I see them regularly not wearing the $675 dollar ties. I guess you didn't consider the flip side. But then again why change your line of thinking, it's served you well so far hasn't it? See you later flounder

Yes, I am aware of the West pilots flying on the east.

They recalled to the east after being furloughed out of seniority in violation of the TA at the scab union's request.

I am glad they took the recalls, and I am glad they enjoy their positions, and I am glad they can fly with east crews without incident.

I am also glad they make excellent place markers for the BOA when considering the current SLI and uscaba's DFR and the correct methodology of combining all LCC pilots with the nAAtives.

Now if even one of them would like to come on here and tell me they would prefer the east proposal over the West (Nic inclusive) proposal, I will concede you actually might have a point other than usapa=scab.

Yes they are here. And all on the 330. I have flown with some of them. They out earn every single West F/O and many 320 Capts out in PHX. Probably out earn and go to many more interesting destinations than every single West pilot on this board.
No weird ties either. Ever.

Good on them, and you have even flown with them.

hmmm...that says alot!!.   You know they can get along with you...and they know their furlough was caused by the scab union.

Mr Wilder for the East pilots, Friday 01/08/2015

“Absent that, there is no legal basis for the claimed entitlement. And of course, because the predicate of a single joint collective bargaining agreement has been conceded by the West pilots, who have -- the witnesses for the West Pilot Committee, who have preceded Captain Stockdell, that no such joint collective bargaining agreement occurred, although it was a predicate for adoption of the Nicolau award. So the notion that, absent any claimed legal basis for this entitlement, it is appropriate to introduce this, I think lacks merit. And what this presents is that this testimony is irrelevant. It is prejudicial to the East Committee.”

Captain Stockdell, witness for the West Pilots, was asked to pack up and leave on Friday, January 8th.  Mr. Freund, council for the West pilots, tried to stick his toe in the water again regarding this on January 14th.

Response for the MB BOA,  Bzzzzzzzzt.
So what I'm hearing you say is the BOA is disinterested in hearing Brian's testimony.

What if it just means that the BOA is PAINFULLY aware of what a bunch of lying, thieving dirt-bags you boys are and that they can use the Nicolau list as the beginning point for the LUS pilot group?

I am genuinely worried at your reaction(s) after the BOA rules. Based on your reaction(s) after esteemed & respected arbitrator Nicolau delivered the joint seniority list, there will be a great deal of wailing & gnashing of teeth.

There is no telling what may be delivered by this BOA, BUT your supreme confidence shines like ever before.

Now you project "supreme confidence."

Which is it.."Worry" or "supreme confidence"? Make up your mind already.

I'm only supremely confident that if the Nicolau list is used as the starting point for the LUS pilots, "you'se" boys will pitch a fit, wail, pick up your toys, walk away and create some sort of illegal job action

If.. If.. If.. We can always count on your predictions to begin with "If"!!! Always.

Well there you go then. No problems or worries for you boys. Based on your posts you have successfully evaded your responsibility & gotten another bite at the apple. It only cost you a few hundred thousand each and a piece of your soul. Good for you. You must be proud.
