That arbitration board was the result of protocol agreement that has no standing under federal law. Our Merger attorney Wilder pointed this out many times! The l9th has the appeal my guess 90 days they rule, lawsuits fly after that! MM

You know the West MC (Moron Committee) will never agree to ANY negotiated settlement that does not give them credit for personally (by their extraordinary flying skills) saving two airlines, and therefore super-seniority over the East pilots and even over the AA pilots.
 
Without the West MC agreeing, there has to be an arbtiration.   However, I would not want to be on the West MC in front of the arbitration panel trying to explain why I didn't agree to a reasonable negotiated list.  Do you think the arbitrators have the self-control to not  roll their eyes at the West Morons making "their case"?

The arbitration panel came to a conclusion with the list of of facts and conditions that they were provided.  They completed their mission.  I feel it was a fair decision, considering the rules of conduct they were under.

Ask Eric why he passed on the Nicolau with restrictions which would be long gone. west pilots could have right now be sitting in 330 Capt. seats. west pilots would be taking hundreds of 320 Capt upgrades. Look in the mirror. You should have never put your fate in the hands of a 2004 hire. You are losing much more than any east LOA 93 pilot.
