"So just a hypothetical question here; so the last arbitration hearing it was determined by the "board" that legally USAPA had no rights even to represent EAST pilots because APA is legally the new bargaining agent. APA is allowing USAPA llc to represent EAST pilots."
Misinformation 430, be more diligent in the future please.

"While the Board makes no finding as to the legal status of USAPA and its
right to independently participate in the SLI process as the pre-merger
representative of US Airways Pilots, the Board notes that USAPA owes no duty
of fair representation to any employee group."

"The West Pilots deny that the issue before the Board is whether or not
West Pilots have an independent legal right to participate in the SLI proceedings."

The arbitration panel came to a conclusion with the list of of facts and conditions that they were provided.  They completed their mission.  I feel it was a fair decision, considering the rules of conduct they were under.

Basically the west pilots are given the right to provide their list of pilots.
This will not go to arbitration, an SLI agreement with fences, between the legal parties APA and USAPA, will be accomplished.

. In the end totally agree but that end will take a couple court rulings to transpire! All the best! MM.

Couple of questions....how and when do you guys file for the ATC Hold/ Code 59?  It seems this isn't being filed and the F/As aren't getting their money.

Also, as you know, the f/as switch positions prior to origination...so sometimes the "A" is going to be different from what may be posted. How difficult is it to input this into ACARS?

. You sound like a teenage girl, call " YOUR UNION" or better yet DUI DOUG , F/A payroll are not a safety of flight issue!

After many years, East pilots and F/A's stop flying the same trips together in March.

"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."

"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" is a line from the 1939 film Gone with the Wind starring Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh. The line is spoken by Rhett Butler (Gable), as his last words to Scarlett O'Hara (Leigh), in response to her tearful question: "Where shall I go? What shall I do?" Scarlett, however, clings to the hope that she can win him back. This line is partially spoken by Rhett Butler in Margaret Mitchell's novel Gone with the Wind, published in 1936, from which the movie is derived. The novel does not include the word "frankly" which was added by scriptwriter Sidney Howard.
The line demonstrates that Rhett has finally given up on Scarlett and their tumultuous relationship. After more than a decade of fruitlessly seeking her love – as covered over nearly four hours of film – he no longer cares what happens to her. The profanity in the line was unusual and shocking in American film at the time."

OK, SO DO YOU REALLY WANT SOMEONE REPRESENTING YOU THAT HAS NO DUTY TO FAIRLY REPRESENT YOU?

You made a Brian Williams claim regarding the arbitration.  Admit it, get over it, try harder next time.  Admit your error, then continue your mission.

You frankly sir, lack creditability by your mis-informational post.
Not admitting your mistake, then trying to carry on a discussion by mincing words seals your reputation.

. The board had no "legal status" place holder to get a protocol agreement, lawsuits to follow a 9th ruling , heck the arb panel could not even correctly spell a legal statute! mM
