Your thoughts please west pilots.

"After carefully considering the arguments of the parties, the Board finds
that the proper issue before it, therefore, is as follows: “Whether the APA has the
discretion to designate a West Pilots Merger Committee to participate in the
seniority Integration List (SLI) process and, if so, whether it should do so?”

"The West Pilots deny that the issue before the Board is whether or not West Pilots have an independent legal right to participate in the SLI proceedings.
Any attempt to reframe the issue in this manner should be dismissed by the
Board, the West Pilots insist. Whether the West Pilots have a separate and
independent legal right to engage in SLI negotiations and arbitration is irrelevant,
as APA has already decided as a matter of its discretion to appoint a West
Merger Committee."

According to the West Pilots, USAPA is merely attempting to confuse the
issue before the Board by recrafting the issue to be decided. The only issue to
be resolved, the West Pilots maintain, is whether APA has properly exercised its
discretion to appoint a West Merger Committee to ensure that the interests of
West Pilots are fully represented in the SLI process."

West, APA and American Pilots will listen and respond to your concerns, about as well as the AA Flight Management pilots listened and responded to david braids slide show presentation.

Vote yes and get 10 Snickers bars today. Vote no and wait 20-30 days get you will be paid 30 Snickers bars extra for the next 8 years.

If you want improvements in your life and to earn more money the best thing to do is ignore his deadline and vote NO

Glad to hear MIA is a big NO vote according to our AA jumpseaters

Quite a rant.  Some of it is true;  a lot is just rant and wishful thinking.  (You did get positive and  negative bank exactly backwards, btw.  That stuff happens when you are typing with your adrenal glands in gear, as opposed to your brain.)

It's simply another emotional, often baseless, rant by pilot who cannot fathom the fact that we are not in Section 6 negotiations.

If you want to live by the Green Book with MTA pay rates for several years, by all means feel comfortable voting NO.  It's just that simple.

Waiting 30 days to get extra "Snickers bars" is wishful thinking.

You Lost. That's the Fact. EVERYBODY sees you scabs for what you are. Most importantly, the Arbitration panel. Someday you idiots will realize that you've brought all your career problems upon yourselves. Personal responsibility and East pilots are words never used in the same sentence.

I meant to solicit thoughts about a seat at the table arbitration quotes, not your wishful thinking and army of lyingitas thoughts.

The voting of the latest kirby proposal will be documented by bases.  I predict the phx base will be a 90 percent plus yes vote.  You will be forever walking amongst your fellow pilots in the future with a statistic that can not lie, or re frame your legacy by future verbalization.

I would not expect their vote to be that divided.  They all vote in one block.  Not many of them can think for themselves.  Just look at the last vote, they only had 12 voters that went against their handlers.  :D
