The last vote was for the death of USCABA. Unfortunately for you, the MOU and this JCBA offer you dislike so much was the price to pay to kill off your fake Union.
You also killed the Nicolau Award.......DOH!

Right. Everyday you hate your new, bottom of the barrel contract, just remember that it is the personal price you'll be paying to provide the West's the Seat at the table. If the West didn't want you scabs and your fake union gone, this MOU wouldn't have passed. The West got what they wanted, and you got LOA93 v2.0 and total loss of any control over SLI where the West will be showing up with the 800# Gorilla AKA the fairly arbitrated NIC AWARD. The beauty is there isn't a God damned thing you scabs can do but sit there and eat it...stewing in your garbage contract that was shoved down your throat by a consumately unified west pilot group.

Can't do anything but sit there and take hundreds of upgrades. Many of them 330 captain seats. You are correct. And the big summer/ retirement one is being drawn up right now. What is in your bid west pilots?

You show up at the SLI with that Nic fantasy. Hope you do. The APA finally will smarten up and slam you into the hurt locker.

Being based at home. That's all I care about. Believe it or not, not everybody has your shortman/little dick syndrome Mike. Most of us are happy right here and would never consider commutting for any seat.

So in other words; "you'se" geniuses knowingly sabotaged gains for not only the evil east but yourselves as well, and all for the noble purpose of vainly attempting to place your then 3 month new hires ahead of "fellow pilots" who'd already worked as much as 17 years? You knowingly supported and even still support a position that will leave yourselves grossly disadvantaged and poorly compensated for many years to come, yet you're now actually bragging about being so incredibly short-sighted, self-destructive and frankly, just utterly stupid? Seriously? Whew!....Words just fail me with "you'se" umm..."spartans" other than my prior (and now clearly accurate) observations as to your being management's pet little "useful idiots."

"The West got what they wanted, and you got LOA93 v2.0...." In case it's completely escaped your attention; "you'se" also "got LOA93 v2.0" and apparently as the proud product of an astonishing intellectual process that would embarrass even a colony of sea sponges.

No son, it's sadly unfortunate for "you'se" and all who will be hampered by your fine tribe's mindless presence in the future, whenever they're making efforts at furthering the pilot group's position in any way.

Res Judicata: "The beauty is......stewing in your garbage contract that was shoved down your throat by a consumately unified west pilot group." A fine thing that said "garbage contract" doesn't at all impact "you'se" selves....Right? Hearty congrats to your "consumately unified west pilot group", since management must truly laugh themselves to sleep every single "knight" while warmly thinking of "you'se".  There really aren't suitably descriptive words for such brilliant "thought" to be found anywhere.

Have fun with these pathetic and completely hopeless fools APA, and I promise you all that you've the east's fullest and most sincere apology for them ever being inflicted on your group in the first place. It certainly wasn't our doing that such came to pass.

What's the whole point of your grand crusade for the nic then? "You'se" know; the one another of the west's mindless minions just noted as being the driving force behind not only eagerly accepting surrendered contract opportunities and enthusiastically voting overwhelmingly in favor of an obviously unwise MOU, but now also anticipating the joy of wallowing like deranged, but yet somehow happy little piglets in substandard muck for many years to come?

You got to be the big tough guy pushing around a minority pilot group like the pathetic fukcing cowards you are.

Be gentle with us kid. Not everyone could ever even imagine themselves a "soldier" in the west's "spartan" umm..."army"... ;)

I meant to solicit thoughts about a seat at the table arbitration quotes, not your wishful thinking and army of lyingitas thoughts.
Re: APA Designation a/West Pilots Merger Committee
This email and attachment serves to advise you that a Preliminary Arbitration Board
consisting of Joshua Javits, Stephen Crable, and Shyam Das has "order[ ed] APA to designate a
West Pilo!s Merger Committee as a full participant in the seniority integration process."
For months, APA, American, and USAPA had been unable to resolve a dispute over the
appointment of a West Pilots Merger Committee; however, they resolved the dispute in
mediation before George Cohen by agreeing that a Preliminary Arbitration Board of three
arbitrators would decide the question set forth in Paragraph 8 a. and b. of the attached Seniority
Integration Protocol Agreement. Following briefing and several days of live testimony, the
Preliminary Arbitration Board issued its decision on January 9, 2015. While that Board has
continuing jurisdiction to resolve any dispute related to their decision, neither the record of that
proceeding nor the opinion may be disclosed to this panel.

APA received one request for the appointment of a West Pilots' Merger Committee from
counsel representing the former America West pilots, Messrs. Marty Harper and Jeff Freund.
Accordingly, APA designates the pilots identified by Messrs. Harper and Freund as the West
Pilots Merger Committee.

Subject: Letter to Doug Parker
Last night Joe Kernan, President of the Soaring Eagles sent this letter to Mr. Parker by email. He followed it up with another copy by Registered Mail. Copies are going to the heads of the Union and other interested parties. This has gone on much too long.
Let’s see what happens.

URGENT!

Dear Mr. Parker

I am President of the Soaring Eagles, the Association of Retired US Airways pilots. One purpose of our Association is to promote the general welfare of our members and survivors.

At this time we have a very serious problem. 78 of our member retirees who are paying for their company sponsored health insurance have had their coverage cancelled. Many are unable to obtain life-sustaining medications. We suspect there are many more that we do not know about.

Kimie Shanahan, Manager Benefit Projects at AA is working diligently to resolve these issues. This never would have happened if AA management listened to Kimie when she tried to explain the US benefits programs. Now the various players are unable to get it together. When our members call AA Benefits which is actually AON Hewitt, the people who answer do not understand the problem. They are giving out incorrect information because Hewitt has never received the correct information. Caremark tells our people that they are being changed over to Express Scripts for their drug coverage. All US legacy people are supposed to remain on Caremark. Kimie cannot seem to get this across to Caremark. Caremark is unable to restore our Prescription coverage. Everyone is blaming everyone else.

We also have problems with people on Medicare being issued Choice Plus medical policies when they should be on PPO 100%. Dental coverage has also been cancelled. Eligible dependent children have had their coverage cancelled.

These are not just administrative mistakes. People’s health is at risk. This issue must be resolved and resolved quickly before a deserving retiree is unable to obtain his/her prescription, and suffers a catastrophic illness.

This situation requires the immediate intervention of someone in Senior Management to avoid the potential for an even more serious situation.

American Airlines can do better.

Respectfully,

Captain Joseph P. Kernan
President The Soaring Eagles
