Actually, that is the way it has always been stated at LUS. In December, he could have be a coming up on completing 33 years and in on January 31st he was saying he was IN his 34th year just over a month later. It has usually been stated by  agents, F/As and pilots alike that they are "IN their xxth year".
No...he claims he was in his 32nd year. He was not completing year 33, according to his story.

Guess your clueless about your new boss. 34 year USAirways employee

What happened to year 33?

Seems like some fuzzy math at LUS, so why should I believe anything you say as well? Bradford thinks it's OK to lie to get elected.

Bradford's deposition revisited...
·Q.· ·So you agreed you can lie in campaigns.
·8· Where -- where else is it okay for a union officer to
·9· lie?
10· · · · · · MR. SZYMANSKI:· I object.
11· · · · · · MR. HARPER:· Well, you kick him, Pat, so
12· · · · that he can do that.
13· · · · · · MR. SZYMANSKI:· Form of the question.

·Q.· ·You can answer.
16· · · ·A.· ·Campaign material is pretty much open.
17· It's an open season on putting forth your views,
18· whatever they may be, to try to get elected.· And a
19· person could knowingly just stand up there and lie.
20· · · ·Q.· ·Pardon me?
21· · · ·A.· ·A person could stand up and knowingly lie
22· in a campaign.· It's been done before.·

Seems to be a pattern with you folks.

That's really all it took to make "you'se" go completely into "Tilt" mode? No enemy fire?...Not even a serious emergency? Wow! I'm sure glad I never had to depend on your pathetic sort for anything in real life...and may God help any passengers of yours if they ever need a capable "adult" in the cockpit.

Sigh!...."Meanwhile, stick a pacifier in it." "You'se" are just a flat-out, pathetic embarrassment to any even slight semblance of Pilot anywhere on earth. Go ask the strange likes of Metroyet for a nurturing, supportive hug. Don't look here for one.

EastCheats: "Timid? Hardly, very confident. Well above you."..."Our meeting will be on my terms, MD. Not yours." Hit me with "you'se" best shot, and kindly schedule it at your earliest convenience. While admittedly cruel on my part, well; this place could use some laughs of late.

Oh Commander McBragg, will you ever cure your insecurity complex?

Thanks for bringing up the subject. I was looking at it also. The back payment can be quite significant and then when you retire, you still have to pay $1200 a year and then it only kicks in after insurance and Medicare. It only pays 80%. Please correct me if I am wrong. I was trying to decide if I needed it also. The deadline is March 16th. I suppose I would have bought it if it had been offered when I was 55. I never bought that expensive ALPA LoL insurance and was glad that I hadn't, although I had a friend that used it for four years and is back on the line now.
It doesn't look feasible to me, being 62 yrs young....if I am reading it right.

Being single, just the back pay for me would be $1760.....with a spouse it would be double...$3520.

I would want to include my diabetic daughter, so just for she and I, it would be $3080.

Just my 2 cents.

For someone younger, it could be a good deal.

Complete contradictions. You don't work here, yet you are a 34-year employee...here.

How to Spot a Pathological Liar
The term, liar, liar pants on fire takes on new meaning when dealing with a pathological liar. This person may not be completely rooted in reality, believing the lies they tell, often in an effort to remedy low self esteem. Unlike telling a few fibs here and there, or slightly exaggerating the truth once in a while, the pathological liar lies about literally every aspect of his or her life. From how much was spent on dinner last night to talking about the last time the dog was bathed, the pathological liar feels that every bit of communication has strategic meaning positioned for his or her gain.

Being lied to on a consistent basis is not only frustrating but also disrespectful to the other person. So how do you determine if you're dealing with someone who may drop a few fibs on occasion versus a true pathological liar? A few clues and steps may help you draw a sensible conclusion.

About that acquisition...
