As a former furloughed Res,Exec Desk,French agent with 33 years under her belt, I'm just curious, exactly how many Res offices does USAirways now have and where are they located? :unsure:

They use to outsource to San Salvador, Mexico City and Manila I don’t know what the company is up to now they like to kept that on the down low.In house is Phoenix, Reno, Nev., and Winston-Salem, N.C.DAMM I MISS YOU GUYS YALL KNEW YOU’RE STUFF

Thanks. I don't want to brag ;), but we were considered to be one of the best Res Depts in the industry. I miss the old days, too.

So, now we have Reno again. We gained San Diego and Reno as Res offices with the PSA merger. We only had RNO RES a few years after the merger and then they were closed. When I was furloughed after 9/11 International and Frequent Traveler were both in INT RES. It's hard to believe that SAN, SYR, PIT, DAY, MCO and INDY are all gone.

I once had a pilot tell me (during the UA/US fiasco 8 years ago) that we (RES) weren't worth the wage that we earned...........Of course, he was young and naive, with no concept whatsoever of what my job entailed. Apparently, management agreed with him and the rest is history.
 
The NC Chairmans desk agents are the greatest. They are one of the last good things that this management team hasn't taken away from us... I hope they know how great these people are... and how much they care about US Airways.
