Suggestions:

Dump the ignore feature from the site. Some use it to pretend they aren’t reading others posts which give them an excuse not to Interact. People need to interact or there’s no purpose for this site to even exist.

Don’t moderate heavy handedly. That was the main mistake of the former moderators and why the page is barely on life support today. Plus they were being a little selective in who they played favorites with sometimes. That also drives people away.

Advertise some. Let people know this site exists. Join some Facebook Airline Group pages and promote this site. It’s existed for quite a few years and kinda sad to see the state it’s in today.

I think with a little effort it wouldn’t be too difficult to bring this place back to life.
