I guess I am missing something here.  Are you seriously implying that sex and marriage are dependant upon one another?  I guess I should ask if you understand what the word dependant means.  I can assure you from personal experience that sex can and does occur out side of the bonds of marriage.  If you are honestly saying that this is not the case then you might want to search the internet for something called porn.  I am pretty sure the people you will find are not married to one another.... or so I have heard.

The fact is the girl obviously has some psychological issues possibly from not having a father figure in her life and her biological father has taken advantage of that.

There are serious issues here regarding the rights of the individual and the age at which someone can fully exercise those Creator given rights.

The laws for most states allow for marriage 16 with consent from the parents so I think that would negate the rape issue. I hope they find proof that the relationship occurred before she was 16 and nail him for it.
